Parking was safe

The hotel was overbooked and my reservation was canceled the night before checking in. I was downgraded to another hotel, not nearly as nice but charged the same price and not refunded the difference. Very disappointed.

Amazing experience. It was a family night on the road but we really enjoyed the facilities, the staff and loved the room. The decor and accommodations are well thought.

The room was spacious, new, and clean. Bed was very comfy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast, which was included, was delicious. Overall a great hotel. Will definitely stay here if in town.

I’ve never stayed at an Element before but will definitely be looking to book one again. It was very clean, new and the breakfast that was included was very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They even had a little bar area with a nice patio outside and an indoor pool.

The hotel is very nice the lobby is nice for hang out with water tea and coffee, the rooms are new and modern and I loved the kitchenette it had all the amenities you need, the only downside is th rooms are very small like city hotel room small and there’s not enough light in the room not making it ideal to hang out in the room, other then that it was a nice pleasent stay.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly, the only issue was that we got to breakfast an hour before it ended and there were no eggs other protein or much more than a fee bagels and yogurt. This was informed tonus by the person tending the breakfast area while ahe stood next to still hot griddle. She didn’t offer any alternative. It feels like poor planning. Other than that, it was great.

Very clean and updated rooms. Easy to get around without being in a heavy commercial area. Parking easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast as well!
