location, pool, my water shoes were left in the room and they told me it would be a charge to mail them back to me. I am a bonbon member for many years.

The bed came unmade every night and staff did nothing about it. Not enough room in the rooms to unpack for two people. Just two small drawers and no where to put suitcases so you could live out of them. Breakfast is expensive but lobby area to eat in is nice.

Perfect location for exploring the are, very quiet in our room , easy to control the temperature. Staff was great!

Very disappointed. The shower drain was completely clogged. We called the front desk and they came and pulled a huge hair ball from the drain. Clearly it was not maintained. The room had no extras and weird design. E.g. the faucet at the sink was hard to control. I paid an excessive amount for this room and there wasn’t even free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

I usually stay here when I'm going to a concert at Tanglewood, it's comfortable, quiet, and convenient. The staff are really friendly. There's a Tesla EV charging station directly across Route 20 from the hotel.

Our flight was delayed so that got us to the hotel 10 min before closing the restaurant. Carlos was in charge of the restaurant and he came to our aid and fed us and took care not to rush us. Perfect service!! Loved the kindness of all the staff.

Very lovely room with king bed and a nice view out the window. The bistro had excellent food, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. Very enjoyable 2 nights
