Breakfast was delicious and great choices. Roo. Temp easy to adjust. No USB plugs or convenient outlet near bed. TV was rather small on a dresser. Two nice chairs in room. Good space overall.

We laughed our room at the end. It was a beautiful spacious room, a large shower. Everything was very clean and we had a delicious breakfast!

I arrived very late due to unexpected circumstances. Staff stayed beyond the end of their shift to make sure I was personally greeted (even though they have safe non contact arrival procedures) AND they upgraded my room at no additional charge just because it was available. Wonderful accommodations!

Gateways Inn is a fantastic place to stay! The staff was very courteous and the room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was included and very tasty. I highly suggest a stay there if you are planning on visiting the Berkshires!!!

Our room and the shared inn living areas were just outstanding. The manager was extremely helpful and courteous and very pleasant.
