這是一個老舊的飯店，第一天進房間，有一股霉味，櫃檯幫換了另外一間房間，結果因為房間隔著街道，晚上的車聲來往，又没有電風扇或空調，隔音又差，後來櫃檯在第三天，終於又幫我換了一個房間，終於好好睡了一晚。但是第四晚，居然有人在半夜開電視大聲唱歌，實在是受不了

The staff was hospitable enough and generally nice The description wasn't correct on the room and I didn't end up staying any nights. But it has been an uphill battle to get a refund with these guys. I was first offered a full refund, after speaking with them, which they never gave. Then they offered me a partial refund which they still have not refunded me. Outside of the front desk, the customer service is horrendous. Booking.com has been terrible at trying to help. They've also kept promising to follow up and they still have not. This has been going on for 6 weeks.

24 hours reception, staff was kind. The room was clean, but the walls looked neglected and the furniture was clearly old. There’s a lot of noise starting around 8 a.m., so getting any rest after that is pretty much impossible. Only a couple of soaps and two small, worn-out towels were provided. Also, I missed that there's no lift to the fourth floor — something to keep in mind. There's no heating or air conditioning either, which made the stay uncomfortable.

Clean, very friendly, comfortable Bed, cleaning Service, good Location and safe Area even at Night, Supermarket in front, felt so comfortable there i stayed one more week, best Hotel in my South America Trip :)

The location is very convenient, very close to everything you need to eat or see in around Miraflores. The hotel is badly maintained. Too much noise from the hotel's washing machine at late hours. Acoustic is also very bad, you can hear everything happening in the rooms, people moaning, listening to music, showering...and you can't sleep well with that.

The room was an average hotel room, quite clean and the shower was hot, there was free WiFi as well It was a bit overpriced and the road next to the hotel was noisy
