Location was excellent. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, and about a 15min walk to Museo De Sitio Pucllana. Water pressure in the shower was strong which was great. Free breakfast had generous offerings and variety. Laundry service was fast and efficient. Air conditioning was not working (room 229) and it was very warm to sleep at night or even just rest in the room between activities. Towels were old, thinning and had several old stains. The bed was stiff like cardboard. Hallways were dimly lit and outdated.

The rooms are decently comfortable and the shower is good with a traditional bathtub. There was an air-conditioner in the room as well as a small window. Wifi is stable. The breakfast is good with many good buffet options. I found the room to be very quiet despite being downtown. I found the staff to be somewhat cold compared to other hotels in Peru but some were also friendly. What disappointed me the most was that I reserved a taxi through the reception desk and the girl told me I would be able to pay with credit card but after getting to the airport, the driver told me it was only cash. I had to take cash out just to pay him and the fees at the airport are outrageous. Very disappointed at this, should have just reserved an Uber instead. Despite this, would still stay here again.

Comfortable bed The staff! I have 2 nationalities, when I checked in they wanted me to charge more than what booking asked because I showed the ID from the nationality that I did not use to book in booking. They gave a hard time until I showed them the other nationality. Also, the curtains in the bathroom were dirty and all the water was in the floor. I requested if someone can clean it up, they said yes, but no one never showed up. I am glad I stayed only 1 night.

Great breakfast, great location, shower was great too. Very quiet room. Great value for the money My room didn’t really have a window, but it wasn’t a big problem for me

Great staff, facilities, location and breakfast. Good cost benefit.

Terrible experience. Arrived late at night. Elevator was broken. Room had no towels. Iron was burned and stained my shirt. Windows have zero sound proof ability, all street noise you can hear clearly. Next day I asked for a refund and the manager refused to even come talk to me. Eventually I got my refund and I left. This is an old hotel. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Breakfast is great!

The property was in close proximity to popular attractions, restaurants (restaurant on site too) and stores. Breakfast was excellent every morning.

Location was perfect, in the heart of Miraflores , it was also nice to have a restaurant downstairs Wifi is terrible , it has been the worst wifi experience in my life, i was on business trip so i could not work inside my room at all , I had to go and work at the lobby. The staff was very supportive and they tried everything they could do to help me and even offered to change room. It’s a nice hotel but be careful if you will need wifi as much as I did

The two women at the front desk. It was rude of me. I made the reservation through booking.com as an American citizen. I am Peruvian by birth, but I am also an American citizen because I entered Peru with my blue American passport. I am a tourist. She refused to take my tourist status. She insists you are Peruvian, so you should pay more money, too, because my mom is Peruvian, too. My mom is an American citizen, and so am I. I know I am also Peruvian. I answered her, saying I did the reservation. Not my mom, why should I pay more money? She said I am going to let you pass only this time. It was awful filling. I want to leave this hotel, but I have my mom, who is 87, with me. I don't want her to move around. I asked where I could put my belongings, including my backpack. She said, "Go around." I went around, but I did not know where to go. Then the skinny woman without a uniform was ruder than the other woman in uniform. Finally, some women show up. I don't know who she was, but that woman shouted at the woman at the front desk for not giving me good directions on where to put my bags and for not helping me because I have my mother with me, who has limited mobility and uses a cane. The woman at the front desk is discriminating. I will never stay at that hotel again. I don't deserve to make me feel so uncomfortable. The only positive part of the hotel was the breakfast, and the people there were friendly and polite, and the food was good. I enjoyed that part.

The bed was very small for a suite and very hard.
