I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Esperanza in Lima. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Miraflores and the surrounding attractions. The breakfast was good and provided a great start to each day. The internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. I also appreciated the consistently hot showers and the overall value for the price. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in Lima, Hotel Esperanza is a great choice. I would happily stay here again. Bed sheets

Friendly staff, well located, simple hotel. The only problem is the street noise, if you have a hard time sleeping with noise like me, you may not want to stay here, but besides that, good!

The room was cozy, well-kept, and provided a sense of safety and comfort. It would have been helpful to receive an overview of the hotel’s amenities upon arrival, though the staff may have assumed I was already familiar with them.

The hotel was in a great location, easy to locate and felt very secure. The staff were welcoming and available to answer questions at any time of day.

T.v. did not work.

A bit noisy, sound reflects in the corridor and windows are not soundproof.

The location is good. The neighborhood is residential, quiet, and lots to do nearby. The room was tiny, dated, with little ventilation.

Everything was great!

Front desk and cleaning staff were very good helping us with everything we asked for, room was confortable, bathroom was small but okay, beds were good, everything was pretty good, good place with good people. washroom was small but it was okay.

The room was comfortable for my needs, but unfortunately, it was impossible to rest during the day because the building next door was undergoing repairs all day throughout my stay, and the noise was tremendous. I would have preferred to go to another hotel, but the hotel manager told me that, since they work with Booking.com, payment was for the full amount of the reservation, and there was no other way. I think they shouldn't accept reservations knowing what happens to avoid these kinds of problems for travelers. Also, the reservation was made for the full payment of $601.47, but the charge on my credit card was $635.74, with an overpayment of $34.27, which I would like an explanation for. Beyond that, I am grateful to Sixto, Armando, and the other staff who provided excellent service.

Sixto & Armando are the best to handle all about the property

I didn’t like anything about it. Everything could be better. Was charged more than advertised price. The “included breakfast” didn’t exist and nor did the house wi-fi.
-
The only thing I would suggest is to have an iron/ironing board. I was there during the summer, so I had to change clothes frequently. Other than that, no complaints.

Very good

When I first arrive to Lima I normally always stay here. I am very content with everything at the hotel

Breakfast was just a bag with a small sandwich, cup of fruit and a tablespoon of yogurt. I booked 2 rooms for 4 people and was told we were to only get 1 bag per room; even though that was not stated on Booking.com or anywhere else. After a brief discussion, we were each given a breakfast. NOT THE HOTELS FAULT: However, they are currently constructing a new building next door and depending on your room location, you may awaken to the sounds of construction.

Excellent location in the heart of Miraflores. Bare brick walls resemble a prison cell. No heat.

The staff was really nice and helpful. They even packer a to-go breakfast bag as we were leaving early on check-out day.

The location is great, walking two blocks you are in Kennedy's Park , centre's of Miraflores. The room was cozy, and stuff on point. I'm gonna choose this place to come every time going Lima. Price, quality. Difficult to found. But I got it! Everything was on point.
