The location looks a bit rough around the edges, but is within walking distance of the historical centre and places of interest. Very close to Real Plaza shopping mall and the Metropolitano station (Estación Central).

I liked everything. Reception staff is super nice. The place is basic, but comfortable. The room was spacious with no frills, but everything I needed: a comfy, large bed; a little closet; a night table, a woooden rack to put things or luggage on, a desk and a TV. The shower had hot water. I am aware some guest reviews mention street noise as a problem, but my room faced an inner court, so it was really quiet. I know the property's neighbourhood is a bit rough around the edges, but there are convenience stores, restaurants and evening food stalls. It is within walking distance of tourist attractions in central Lima. I had a great time and would definitely come back.

Kind staff. Wifi worked. Location is not safe. Even my taxi driver said I should not walk around in this area. Hotel room has no fan, is run down and ugly. Worst hotel I saw in Peru but still was charged about 70 soles.
