Great hotel for one night in Miraflores neighborhood. Close to beach, park, and restaurants nearby

Nice area and hotel to stay in Miraflores, the room was clean but a bit loud from outside. The staff were friendly and helpful Bottles of water at reception were expensive

Location was good and the staff was very friendly. We booked the room with the hot tub in the middle of the room so my kids could enjoy the jacuzzi tub. However, it did not work. They couldn’t get anyone to fix it and did not offer to give us any money back to compensate for it as that was a more expensive room. They did give us a new room the second night with a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, but it was a smaller room. They offered to pay for our taxi to the airport as compensation, which was better than nothing. Nice staff for sure though. They tried.

Not much, if anything. Dirty, dingy, bad breakfast, unhelpful staff, and very weird “trap doors” into the walls in the bathroom. Very sketchy place.

Location, price, the staff is excellent A single cockroach in the bathroom on first check-in. The room does not resemble the pictures on Booking app. It’s a budget hotel and it shows.

The breakfast had nice variety and an attentive staff to keep the food table full and looking nice.

The location the, breakfast, the bed The room 207 the first room I had very small, noisy neighbors from the hostel next door and the room was next to the hotel staircase no noise isolation. The second room 204 was ample , bad desk to work and also noisy as it is facing the main syret. Some members of staff were not friendly at all. There are many options of lodging around so they can improve their service What they offer in booking in the room photo is not what you get

Breakfast was good, location was good and the room was comfortable for a family. We really never had hot water in the shower; at best it was warm. The room had a nice big Jacuzzi tub that we wanted to use, the 'hot' water trickled at best warm. It would have taken hours to fill and been freezing. The staff came and checked, they indicated that they would work on it the next day... after a 4 night stay it didn't get better.

Missed having a well stocked mini mart nearby.

Hotel exceeded my expectations. the staff was great. everyone was so kind and welcoming. Jorge and everyone one at the reception desk were so nice to me. Jorge greated me when I arrived he was very polite. Jonathan did a great job cleaining my room... the ladies at the breakfast were very attentive. (didnt get all of their names) but everyone went above and beyond to take care of me. the service is better than a 5 star hotel the kitchen is not open for lunch or dinner but you can order food from local restaurants

Great spot! Super close to the malecon, shopping mall, amazing beach views, and tons of restaurants and watersport fun. Nothing. Price matched with amenities they offer.
