The hotel is located in a quiet area of Miraflores. The facility is very clean and has 24 hours front desk with secure gate. Their breakfast was delicious. They offer packed breakfast if you have very early tour. Everything was great.

Fantastic location - all the staff were really friendly and helpful- very clean - good breakfast You can only buy a bottle of wine - most people only want a glass - other than breakfast your menu for food is poor and in 7 days we never saw anyone eating at the restaurant

The breakfast was very good — everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was professional, and the property was very clean. The location is excellent, close to Av. Larco and Larcomar. They were also very accommodating with the cleaning schedule There was no air conditioning in the room, and the balcony door could not be locked. Although my room didn’t face the street directly — there was a parking area in front and the property is gated — I still felt a bit vulnerable, so I placed a table with my luggage against the door just to feel more secure. Also, the room uses an older key system, so if you forget to lock it manually when leaving, the door remains unlocked. Updating to a modern key‑card system would be a great improvement

Beautiful property, large size of room, excellent breakfast, friendly & welcoming staff. Very poor & intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity to the property’s WiFi account on the 3rd floor.

The staff is very attentive. The bed is very comfortable. I got there late at night and left fairly early in the morning so I had limited exposure to the place. However it’s a pretty property and well kept up.

Door luck broken. It need some repairs. Bathroom need something to hang towels and clothes. No place or hook to hang them. Easy to ear other taking a shower next to your bathroom.

Good location, the garden Old rooms, older than it seems in the photos. My single room had only one room looking at the staircase so people could look right in. It’s very noisy.

Upper floors need better ventilation other than a window.

The hosts were great, the hotel was clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and although I didn't eat breakfast, it looked very good and varied.
