The hotel is in a great location and the service is excellent.

Felt very professional, nice lobby, secure and helpful staff, felt clean and safe. Great location! It was very basic bare bones feeling- not many towels, or pillows and took a very long time to check in- not because of a line but a very formal process.

Location is good, near restaurants and shopping. Walkable neighborhood. Dated. Rooms are humid and on the smaller side. You get the bare minimum (not even a hand towel). The only difference between superior room and the normal one is a projector. Employees have attitude; both in the restaurant and the front desk. Cleaning personnel are very nice and do a great job.

Ibis is always dark and quiet There is no kleenex so you have to use toilet paper

Pretty new property and well kept. Tiny room but with everything we needed and a spacious bathroom with shower. The window was noise proof but not the door since I could heard people on the hallway, even at 2 am.
