Chill Vibe Outdated, broken ping pong table… pictures online make it look much nicer. Needs a deep clean

We arrived late after a last minute booking and the staff was very accommodating. The room was surprisingly quiet and comfortable.

Great place to stay! I loved every second there

I enjoyed my stay because people were super friendly and I felt like home. Beds are very comfortable and at night I joined to the bar crawl they offer for free and we finished partying in a nice club. My experience was amazing thanks to Jhony, Arturo and the other volunteers. They need to promote more their activities that are pretty good. Some of them are free like the bra crawl. We got two free shots and free entry to the club which was super good

Staff was really helpful, and available 24 hrs. We asked for being accommodated in a single bed cabin for my wife and me (she in the lower, me in the upper) and they made it possible. The mattresses were comfy, and the cabin had drawers to store our belongings safely, but it's recommended to bring your own lock. They helped us with storing our bags after the checkout while we had breakfast and a short walk in the surroundings. Finally, the place has laundry service. We had to ask for the bathroom to be cleaned. For a shared bathroom it's required to pay more attention to it, and it seemed not to have the enough one. This is a feature suggestion: for the cabins it would be great if they have curtains for a bit more privacy and to avoid being woken up by the room's lights.

The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful! Johnny especially such a sweetheart and the beautiful woman at the desk (I never learned her name)who did an extra lot to help me get from the bus station to the hostel amongst moving parts. Also bed was super comfy. The bathroom got dirty really quick and I would have loved being able to cook in the kitchen however I understand both of these

We liked that it had a pool table. We also looked forward to playing ping pong, but the table was in bad condition and had no net. We checked in at 8pm and were looking for a quick meal at the restaurant. We ordered after quickly dropping our bags off in the room. We did not get our food until 9:35pm. We were the only people there that ordered food. We were also told quiet time is 12:00. The music and lights were finally turned out at 1am after complaining several times. We have never written a poor review for any place, but it seemed like the staff just did not care about the noise.

Place is dirty and seems hasn’t been cleaned for a long while

I am not a frequent traveler, and for my first time, I am pleased to say it went well. It was an enjoyable experience. I met people with interesting stories. In addition, waking up to the sound of birds singing made my experience even better. Finally, I would like to thank Moisés and Pilar for their kindness.

The breakfast was great the staff are wonderful , I got very excited walking tour I have no complaints about the hotel

Small lockers, no breakfast

There was small ants in the bathroom and room. They mentioned there was a 5% surcharge for paying with card but the amount they charged worked out over 10%.

Space very limited to put our backpacks in the room.
