Great location! Nice, clean, well-maintained. Breakfast is good. They offer a free pre-made breakfast if you have an early tour if you inquire. Staff was friendly Elevator is extremely slow. Must pay for airport shuttle in advance but they are inconsistent with communication beforehand; paid last minute the morning of when I was trying to pay weeks in advance

The location was in a safe, accessible location. Safe entry. The rooms were relatively clean without bugs. Quality AC. Staff were amazing and kind!! Open showers which causes water to flood the bathroom floor. Small room, however still great value for money. Only offers “hair gel” in the shower. Poor outlet situation, 2 on both far walls from beds.

My experience there was very impressive!! Everyone starting from reception to breakfast area to the cleaning staff were all exceptional. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and make my stay there amazing. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely go back again in the future. There was literally NOTHING to complain about. What I would suggest is more variety in the second hot dish aside from the scrambled eggs. I did like having eggs everyday but felt that more variety on a long stay would have been good. I stayed 10 days so perhaps that is why it may have been repetitive for me. On a shorter stay there is plenty of variety.

just the location, really they should do better with the cleaning overall - there was dirt and dust all over - floors were dirty - elevator was not clean - the smoke detector in the room had a bag covering it - the blinds were old, with lots of stains and almost falling apart - staff was not quite available at the reception, one night a fellow guest had to open the main door for me as there was nobody at the reception - when checking out they guy at the reception said NOTHING to us

The location was good in the middle of miraflores This place is a piece of shit... I wouldn't recommend my dog to stay here... the room are not clean and left you feeling itchy because of the poor cleaniness of the rooms.. shower arent wash room arent been sweep out and toilet are dirty.. the lady that cleans the room each day is the same lady that works in the breakfast room each morning and is in the kitchen how unethical and nasty that is.. there is no cleaning product been use just a money hungry nasty and germs full hotel mariel is... the lady at front desk wanted to sell me a small bottle of water for 6 peso while that said water is selling for 1-3 dollar peso in the excursión destination.. my worst experience of going to an hotel and its the Mariel boutique hotel so please don't book with them go else were and you will feel appreciated especially if you are Black.. this place screams racism!!!!! I hate you guys for makes my visit to lima peru very bad

Location is good Foods quality no good When I arrived hotel, he demand 5 days hotel use fee US $ also cash only and I paid to him But he still got my credit card information because I gave to them for hotel reservations It is ready to use When I arrived hotel he charged $30.00 more Also they have no refrigerator but in website Show and in facilities ..that is fake So brought foods US $100.00 give up

the front desk assistant was fabulous. she helped me with several issues, including the tv in our room, booking a cab, directions to money exchange, offered more assistance for other potential issues. very polite and respectful. out our window..terrible view, and LOTS of street noise. No tv access to any subscriptions..

Rude staff. Their own staff disturb the peace by slamming doors. Breakfast was just soggy eggs with nasty coffee. Pillows stink and beds were uncomfortable. Everything was horrible. Racist staff. Rooms smell moldy and bathrooms also had mold everywhere. Never ever come to this place.
