White Hart Hotel

Location is brilliant. Breakfast and restaurant food superb. Staff attentive and helpful Unfortunately we had trouble sleeping in the heatwave with no air conditioning in this lovely old hotel. Most of the year it wouldn't matter.

Great location close to the castle and cathedral. Great choice of restaurants nearby Excellent breakfast Room was unbearably hot even though the temperature outside had dropped. When requested a small fan was provided and a flat sheet. The bedroom window only opened a couple of inches so not really able to cool the room. Room was not cleaned during our stay, just milk replenished in the fridge

We had the most wonderful stay at the White Hart Hotel for my partner’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The staff were incredibly lovely, welcoming and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were even surprised with a lovely birthday gesture from the hotel, which was such a thoughtful touch and really meant a lot to us. Our room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and full of character, and the whole hotel has such a lovely atmosphere. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Lincoln too. And the breakfast deserves a special mention, it was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had! So much choice and everything was delicious; we could have stayed there eating all morning! We genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything more. The whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end, and the White Hart made our birthday trip even more special. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We would absolutely love to come back! ❤️

Excellent, and fantastically attentive staff. I dropped a knife and another clean one was back in my hands within 30 seconds! No joke Extracter fan in en-suite bathroom not working, TV where we could only access through qr image, didn’t bother even though EV would have been welcome, provided radio did not work, very warm night but being fair weather exceptional presently, loo did not flush successfully without 2 or 3 goes, but only one night stay, life is too short! We are easy going

Location excellent Noise. The room was next to an outside generator type installation that was quite noisy. Secondary glazing may help.

My favourite place to stay Nothing

Ideally situated very clean and welcoming beautiful view from our window Kitchen extractor fan was constantly on snd loud which caused us both a disturbed night

The Hotel couldn't have been more central. The restaurant was of particularly good, we met a couple from another hotel who had tried a number of the citie's restaurants and found it the best.

Lovely hotel in such a perfect area by the cathedral. The staff were very friendly and we had a delicious dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. We had a deluxe room which was lovely except it was very noisy - it was a warm evening and we had to have a window open. You could hear everything going on the street and it was exceptionally loud from 6:15am with deliveries outside.
