I loved the breakfast, pool, and beach area. The common areas were large and the staff was kind. It was like stepping back to 1965, but paying 2026 prices. The room was original to the hotel's opening in the 1960's. ZERO upgrades to get into this century. SO OLD SCHOOL yet still charging very expensive 2026 prices.

Location Wasn’t clean at all, food not good

The property was stunning and well maintained, with beautiful views.

Wonderful pool area Very small room with poor lighting. Furniture in lobby old and tired. No place to sit if not by the pool.

This location is pure paradise on Lipari Island. Beautiful cliff beach, great swimming pool and pretty flowers on hotel property. The bathroom has old cool tiles and beautiful balcony view to the ocean. The mattress is bad! Me and my mom had horrible back pain after staying there for a week. Gym is super old and rusty, very disappointing. Please update your gym!

The hotel is adults only and is quiet. Wonderful place to relax and unwind. Breakfast is also amazing, enough variety to suit everyone. And swimming in the Tyrrhenian right below the hotel is an experience, no beach, just steps, and into the sea. The walking. Driving in Lipari Is a nightmare, walking is 99% uphill. Must bring walking shoes! Restaurant and bar are a bit pricey. Place is showing age, could use a bit of upkeep. Water is a scarce resource, when it takes over 13 minutes to just get tepid water, not a way to save water.

The property is strategically located with beautiful views of the bay and of Marina Corta, which was within walking distance. For the feast of San Bartolomeo, we walked to the feast and then walked back to the hotel for a beautiful full frontal view of the midnight fireworks. The interior of the hotel and the grounds are magical and alluring. There is a steep incline to the entrance of the hotel

Gorgeous location and property. Views, pool and ocean access. Easy walk to town center. Dinner was very disappointing and no effort was made to rectify.

People and staff are excellent. Very nice. Location is a short walk to the main piazza. There is a rocky sholl with stairs for access - Fantastic. Excellent stay. Driveway up to the hotel is steep , but that also puta the hotel in a fantastic position and great views. If you are walking up the driveway, it's a slow walk

Carrasco Hotel is a true gem. The location is stunning surrounded by nature, with a peaceful garden perfect for working or relaxing. Watching the sunrise from the pool was absolutely spectacular and the private access to the sea made it truly special . The team is warm, attentive & caring .The food was unbelievably tasty, and the whole experience felt both luxurious and authentic. Sicily’s energy is unique, and this place captures it perfectly. I will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Amazing! We had a view to the sea and it was spectacular. Snorkeling is easy to do here. Just rent snorkel, goggles and fins at the dive shop for 5 euro each. We saw an octopus and many other fish. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. The decor is very retro and older aesthetic, but I liked it. Front desk is a helpful guide for booking excursions and answering questions. Paying 10 euro each way for taxi. We walked (which is not far, but there is a serious hill to climb) but my parents could not so they paid for a ride each day. Can get expensive. The drinks are pricey here too. Nice to sip by the pool, but we went to town for cheaper beverages and food.

Besides the view, I can’t say I liked much else at this property. Cobwebs all over light fixtures, dark hallways, smelly rooms. We arrived and walked down to the pool to grab a snack and it was dark and dingy in the bar area with no staff around. We felt very uncomfortable our entire stay and ultimately ended up departing early.

Incredible view! The proximity to the sea was great. We were able to swim and snorkel right from the hotel. The hotel was a bit dated. The plumbing needed maintenance. Only one faucet in the sink worked and the shower never got warm.

Location and pool area was fabulous- apart from uncomfortable sun loungers Service was not good. Breakfast was terrible and staff difficult to find and to get to do anything. Had to search draws for cutlery- anything that looked good was all gone - apart from cakes. Room was lovely and spacious but very dated. Someone else’s tie clippings were on our balcony!
