Exceptional

Nice spacious studio in a quiet area of the center. The kitchen was well equipped with pans, pots and utensils to cook. Big and comfy bed, easy communication, perfectly clean and working WiFi. The patio is not connected to the appartment, I found that a little misleading. Maybe invest in a new shower, there was some rust and mold.

Location perfect as it was really quiet but close to both harbours and all facilities. Our host was really helpful. Us UK people are used to having a kettle, for our cups of tea! But we used a saucepan!

The property was nicely styled and presented. There was no washing machine.

To arrive to balcony we had to go a floor down and go out to the street and than enter another entrance... and find balcony

I liked very much this apartment in a small lane in a typical little 3 storey local house. It feels like being one of the residents. Huge roof top terrace with kitchen, where I could cock dinner and sit with a glass of beer or wine. Comfortable big double bed did let me sleep well. The kitchen downstairs was a bit dark. From 6 lightbulbs on the chandelier in the bed room only 2 were working. Coffee Maker was broken. Many stairs to climb to get from room to room. Exhausting walk up the hill 20 min from the port. Little things couldn’t make me dislike the place but have to be mentioned

The location was excellent as it was close enough to walk to everything and yet still felt like being in an authentic area of Lipari and living amongst the locals. The balcony was great to experience authenticity, and also useful for drying our washing. ?? The outdoor balcony was a lovely spot for dinner too with food from the local delicatessen. ? ? A massive thank you too to Giuseppe for picking us up at the ferry terminal and explaining all the nearby shops etc as we drove to the apartment. ?? The fact that I could not understand the Recycling Information page, so I had to leave all my bottles etc on the kitchen bench. A chopping board for the kitchen would be useful for cutting up cheeses, salami etc ? ?

The place is great. Next to the port and everything is brand new. Had a great stay and the staff was very friendly. It has everything you need. I found out later that the price is a bit above the average. I was there for a conference and a friend staying in a similar site 40m from me was paying half of the price. But it is what it is.

Very good

Guiseppe met us at the port even though the property isn’t far away. The studio we stayed in is on a quiet residential street and it was spacious and well equipped. It’s in a great location near bars and restaurants, and also near the supermarket. The shower isn’t great. Needs a second reading lamp by the bed.

Superb

This is a wonderful place to stay and the hosts are really helpful, friendly and good communicators. The studio was lovely and in a great location to get into town on a beautiful sunny side street. I will definitely come back to stay, thank you!

Great apartment with a terrace! Very helpful and pleasant hosts, perfect communication via whatsapp, we got extra blankets and sheets without problem. Fully equipped kitchen for preparing the breakfast on the terrace. I would come back again! Thank you. Having a washing machine would complete the perfection :-)

Comfortable bed, big room, new bathroom. Little bit of mould on the wall next to the bed.

The hosts were great, the accomodation exceeded our expactations, the terrace on the roof too was amazing.
