The location is alright, although it is very uphill The space was horrible.. Just an entrance door with a corridor that lead to a kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 dormitory with many bunk beds. No privacy at all as no curtains and the distribution of the beds are all facing each other. The bed they showed me as mine, was with the sheets all crumbled like being used, it had hairs, and dirty paper on it. The bathroom was dirty. I showered closing my eyes as to not see everything on what i was stepping onto. I actually didn't even stay the night, preferred to give away those 14 euros they charged than staying there. And for 5 euros more, you can get another decent hostel being much more cared about. Sorry, but it is in a very bad condition...

I had a good stay. It's placed in a good area, which made it easy to get around the city. I also appreciated the independent atmosphere of the hostel. There were no staff constantly telling guests what they could or couldn't do, which made the stay feel relaxed and flexible. It's a great option for travelers who prefer more independence, less bureaucracy, or even a longer stay at an affordable price. The bathroom could be improved. The shower enclosure was broken, and the toilet didn't have a seat cover. However, everything was as clean as possible, and despite these issues, the facilities were still usable throughout my stay. Also, the location was good overall, but it's worth noting that the hostel is in the upper part of Lisbon, while most of the main tourist attractions are in the lower part of the city. Walking back uphill can be quite tiring, and even though the distance is only a few kilometers, an Uber from the main square can sometimes cost more than €10.

Nice location. Good price to value ratio.

Its about 15-20min to the main attractions and in front and the building it has restaurants and a grocery store which was great! It was clean. The cleaning lady would come every day and clean which was nice. There isn't appliances in the kitchen to use. Just a microwave, toaster and a fridge. Also cups, bowls and utensils. Based on the reviews I read about this place the toilet needed some repair. Its just the toilet seat that comes off that needs to be replaced and the drainage did smell bad but overall everything was good for the price.

First there is no visible sign or name of the hostel. Then I was kept waiting for 30mins at the stairway outside the hostel, only to be sent the door code 30minutes later. Why not send as soon as I arrived.

I was very well received by Kira, the hostess. There is everything around the Hostel and many buses to reach your goals. The guests were exceptional as well. By the way, if you need, they offer some kitchen suplies: like pasta, oil, salt, coffee, etc, for free. I would definitely recommend it. Only 1 bathroom and the blackout has broken the fridge.

It was good experience. There was two girl’s works for maintenance.one name is Kyra and one girl comes in week one times I dnt know her name she’s from South Africa. Kyra is very nice girl every time she’s work and cleaning and very polite she know very well how to speak with clients. But the another girl from Africa she really really disrespectful girl. She dnt know to to speak with client’s. I saw she’s always see her phone . I dnt know why her boss take her on work.

Location is nice despite being on a hill if you are tourist you are going to enjoy walking around Manager kira was very annoying keeps waking me up in the middle of the night and talks and she doesn't respect my privacy and keep bothering me with instructions all the duration of my stay and they charged me city tax even though I payed the hostel fare including all taxes at booking.com and the door to the building is very small even for one person to go in and stairs are very steep and small and the hostel is on the second floor .
