Friendly staff! Clean rooms! Awesome hot breakfast! ??? NA

The staff was extra friendly and helpful. The room was clean and there is a nice backyard to the building. The room was bare and felt too sterile in an ascetic way. On top of that, the construction next door was incredibly noisy all day. The hotel sits on top of a hill so expect many stairs through a rough neighborhood.

Great location. Great hotel room lots of window windows. Clean. It was very hot when we were there, and the AC wasn’t completely effective for our two-story suite

The overall vibe, decor, welcoming staff, great location, beautiful garden, and lovely breakfast (gluten-free accommodating when notified ahead of time)! Staff were super accommodating and offered ham and cheese sandwiches to go on days we couldn't make the breakfast time in the hotel cafe which was great but I wish we could have stayed for each breakfast in person- it was so lovely including beautiful touches like home-made jam made from fruit from the garden, eggs made to order, fresh-squeezed juice, and lots more! Our boys loved the two sweet cats who roamed the property and we all enjoyed the lovely views from our two balconies and rear windows in the upper-level apartment. Air conditioning was much appreciated on the hot days. It would have been helpful to have another mirror outside of the bathroom so multiple people can get ready at once (there were four of us) and maybe another place to store luggage/clothing in the upstairs portion of the apartment, however it's a tiny space so this could be tricky. Price initially seemed a bit high for the small apartment unit, however we agreed ultimately that we were glad we "splurged" on this place- it was lovely!

Fantastic. This is such a beautiful place to stay. The people here were so enthusiastic and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The room was perfect, breakfast was excellent and so nice to be able to sit in the garden for breakfast. Just a great place to stay. Loved the two resident cats. What could you not like!!

Nice room, excellent bathroom, good staff and great breakfast. Housekeeping didn’t give us clean towels and took water canister, just made the bed. We had problems with the temperature control.

I stayed three nights at Tings and really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast was plentiful, filling and very good. The location is right at a city viewpoint so there is a bit of traffic up the street, but it is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops and sights in Lisbon. I also loved the cats, Chimmi and Rocco! The stairs, although I knew there were stairs and no elevator. The electrical outlet in the bathroom would have been unusable for anyone shorter than me - as it was, I had to stand on my tippy toes to plug in the hairdryer.

Location was great - 15 min from the airport and close to a park that overlooked the city. Beautiful viewpoint. The walls were very thin so I could hear everything. I felt like I had to be very quiet when I walked on the wooden floors.
-
Great location, close to Miradouro Senhora do Monte and a 5 min walk to bars/restaurants, etc. of Graca.

Did not care for the "bed" setup, which is basically a platform with a mattress. It wasn't so bad to sleep but it made everything else difficult as there was no place to sit, pack, sort clothes, etc...

I loved the boutque feel, the staff and owners were so caring and welcomiing, travelling as a solo female i felt at home

Staff was really helpful and made us feel important. They let us arrive early and leave our luggage, but our room was cleaned and we ended up being able to check in early. The garden area is lovely and great to hang out in.

This was one of the most enchanting little hotels we stayed at. The beautiful garden with the lemon tree and flowers and the little lights for the evening relaxing. Throughout the lobby, the dining area, etc. were interesting works of art. The breakfast was excellent! My daughter who travels lot, said it was one of the best breakfasts in a European country hotel. All the staff was so helpful and friendly and their suggestions were spot on. The cats were frosting on the cake!

Exceptional place Tremendous location Fantastic staff Extraordinary value Would highly recommend the lemon tree room and crepes for breakfast! Sadly could only stay two nights ?

Service and personal touch was very well done. Nothing

Low key and relaxed. Personable staff and cats. Great artwork. Nice outdoor settings and steps away from the best view of the area. One would be hard pressed to find anything not likable about this property.

Location is spectacular, starting every morning with amazing view and walking down the Alfama streets was our favorite part of the trip. We also enjoyed breakfast and gonna miss Chimmy boy.
-
Lovely stay, staff was great and welcoming, garden is to die for, room with a stunning view

The location was decent but you will have to walk a lot uphill. Might not be the best for clients with mobility issues. Our room layout was also a bit strange.

The staff was amazing! They helped up with our bags up the steep stairs and they make a delicious breakfast! The location was also great being so close to a beautiful lookout over the city. N/a
