The hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Lisbon, close to the main attractions, restaurants and shops. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed the beautiful pool area and the overall modern and elegant atmosphere of the hotel. Everything was very good overall. The only thing we found a little inconvenient was the limited parking space, but apart from that, we had a very pleasant stay.

It's a 10-minute walk to downtown, and they have an excellent breakfast. It's a quiet spot with lots of restaurants nearby. The room is not equipped with drawers.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. They were especially kind and attentive to our child, making our family feel very welcome. The room was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food and drinks, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. The location was excellent—perfectly situated and convenient for exploring the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again. Smoking in the pool area should be prohibited.
