The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. They offer a complimentary happy hour with free beer and wine from 9–10 PM, which was a wonderful bonus. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the city center. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They arranged an early breakfast for me before my flight, promptly provided the air-conditioning remote when I needed it, and even kept me great company during happy hour, making the experience feel warm and personal. I would happily stay here again. The lift was broken (mine was top floor)

Best free breakfast in town. Free beer every night. Quite popular, so it's easy for making friends. Nothing I can think of.

I stayed for 3 days in this hostel in Lisbon and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly supportive and friendly, always ready to help with anything I needed. A special thanks to Renata for going above and beyond—she helped me a lot with planning how to explore the city and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Great Place to stay

Cleanness could have been better in the kitchen but the staff did the necessary

It's close to the city center and most interesting things. Good info about things to do. Staff was nice. It's not clean enough. No soap in the showers, no towels, lots of noise from guests and from hand dryers, and breakfast is very simple.

Fantastic stay! Staff was amazing, super nice and helpful people that made the environment feel very welcoming. Definitely a very social hostel, I was there about 9 days and met 4 different groups of people just in my dorm that I had great experiences with. Rooms are not too loud at night though so can still sleep well. Obviously the happy hour is hard to beat haha, found myself drinking every night just because it was free. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Lisbon.

Nice hostel, nice people, comfy beds with privacy curtains, clean, breakfast available, relatively near a metro station and buses stops, you can walk to many must see places in Lisbon. Metro goes to the airport which is convenient. The happy hour with free beer and wine is a big plus; also nice and friendly personnel. Clean installations, good vibe and good management. Breakfast from 9 am to 11 is inconvenient for many travelers, I’d suggest 7:30 am to 10. Also no protein or fruits available for breakfast, just carbs, except for the yogurt: Good coffee tho ? Ladies tend to spent too much time doing their makeup and keeping the sinks out of reach or other guests who need to shave, brush their teeth or just wash their face or hands. I suggest installing additional mirrors so this could be solved . Toilets and showers together.. keep to toilet unavailable for somebody who needs if somebody is taking a shower ; in the morning specially. Climbing to get to the hostel and then going up stairs to the room with luggage, not fun.. Lisbon is hilly and no the hostels’ fault. In general a good hostel and I’d go back .. no hesitation

Delicious free breakfast. Different kind of coffees. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to downtown. Quiet area. Clean. Good vibes. Big sink and big mirror. Amazing for make-up :) Hangers in showers. Hot water. Bed with curtains and lampshade and electric sockets. The dorm was too small. Beds touching each other, blocking what was supposed to be my locker. No space to leave my bag and shoes. Others needed to move them to open their locker. I slept with the bag on my bed. Toilets are part of the shower. Sometimes they were all occupied. The reception/dining area is nice and clean and spacious. However, it doesn't really have a hostel cosy vibe. Its more like a hotel vibe.
