C’est propre. C’est securisé. C’est bien situé. C’est beau. Certaines personnes qui logent et qui ne pensent pas aux autres. Parlent fort dans la chambre à minuit. Sont bruyants. Malheureusement l’expérience dépend beaucoup de qui est dans notre chambre.

C’était tres propre, tres confortable. Les personnes avec qui je logeais étaient bruyantes. J’etais dans une chambre de 8 lits avec filles il y en avait toujours qui parlaient fort meme tard ou faisaient du bruit. Et le « pub crawl » tous les soirs je pense que ca necessite qu’ils rappellent à celles qui y vont, quand elles rentrent de faire tres peu de bruit.

So cozy, really did make me feel at home. Great facilities, outdoor area, laundry, bar. Of course Mama’s dinner was incredible and a great way to meet fellow guests. All in all this was by far the best hostel I’ve stayed in! Flawless

Excellent bar and place to hang out and meet other travelers. Pub crawls were also a lot of fun. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Within walking distance of most of the major sights of historic Lisbon.

Location is great. The dinner is a good way to meet people on day one. so the elevator wasnt working and my room was on the 4th floor. The card machine wasnt working and they asked me to access the toilet on the 2nd floor each time (I had to still figure out how to take a shower). when I pointed out that, this doesnt seem fair, the receptionist just shrugged it off and told me to book the "female only" dorm next time.

I stayed at Home both the start and finish of my month long journey through Portugal and have already recommended it to many people. The breakfast is definitely a highlight in both quality and offerings. The staff remembered me from my 1st stay and were amazing in their welcoming me back. Remembered my name as soon as I walked in. It was amazing to spend time with so many nationalities and all younger than I. Its location is amazing to everything in the core area of restaurants and sights. Pub crawl was not in my playbook but the walking tour of the old city was well done by Paola. The bathroom facilities could use an update.

This was one of the best hostel experiences I’ve ever had! Vini, Ju, and Luana were absolutely incredible and so kind to me. I’m hiking the Camino Portuguese and my hiking poles didn’t make my connecting flight and they kindly gave me a set someone left because they didn’t need them any more. I also did the communal dinner and it was amazing! The owner even served us. The hostel was comfortable and clean and I highly recommend it!

Stay here every year and will keep coming back. Thats how good it is and it wouldnt be this good if it wasnt for Mama and the whole team. Rizzi, Ju, Madá, Vini, Vivi, Gui, Jonas, Luana, Vanessa, Adri and Rosalia. Top! Nothing

The food was amazing—both the breakfast and the dinners were delicious and prepared with so much care. It really added to the overall experience. I also want to give a special mention to the staff: Juliana, Vinicius, and Adriano were outstanding. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, always ready to help and share great recommendations of places to visit. On top of that, their Brazilian warmth and friendliness made everything even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hostel and would definitely stay here again!

GREAT location, common areas were really cool The breakfast was expensive (~10 euro for what it was). I came at the end of breakfast and made an extra sandwich from what was left once everyone got their food and got fussed at by staff saying that wasn’t allowed. It was going to get thrown away anyways and nobody else was going to be able to get food after I made it so I don’t see what the big deal was.
