Right near the tram to pick up downtown. Nice shops in the community. Hard to find,

The rooms inside were very attractive and showed attention to detail everywhere! The decor, like the wallpaper for instance was very well done-one of the prettiest rooms I’ve stayed in! Refreshments were provided at a very low and room has everything you need. Not much of a view, but for the price, well done!

I liked the location because there were a lot of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. Also there's a trolley stop a block away from the guest house that goes downtown and it only costs 3.50 euros The hosts were extremely responsive and fast to comply to my requests. The bed was comfortable and the room was cozy. It's an old building with many wooden steps and no elevator. Also there's a slight sewage smell in the bathroom as it is to be expected from a very old building. I asked them to help me carry my luggage downstairs when I checked out the room and they complied. I wouldn't recommend it for older adults.

our room (14) smelled so bad. it smelled like mold and sewage. horrible smell. they tried to give us other rooms, but one was in the attic and so small and up the stairs, (we were already at second floor with 4 luggages) and the other room had its bathroom outside the room. we asked for a refund and they refused to give us any refund, saying that i purchased non refundable. Their argument was that they were already so nice accepting another person in my room, but I had paid a fee per night for this extra person, so it wasn’t a gift from them. the room’s smell (mold) is a health hazard and no one should sleep in this smell, we ended up coughing the whole time. of course they denied the smell and they said it has been recently renovated. we ended up having a great deal in a very clean hotel at a lower price.

It was a small, but very clean and comfortable room with an own bathroom. The staff was reachable and helpful continuously. The location is amazing, perfect There was nothing that I didn't like. Maybe the door was not soundproof, I easily heard people walking, talking outside

This charming Guest House in the Graça neighbourhood of Lisboa is clean, bright, quiet, and the location is perfect for walking and exploring Lisboa! The neighbourhood has many lovely restaurants and the Guest House is steps away from a well known viewing point. Also, the famous tram #28 also runs through Lisboa and to Graça!! There is nothing at all to dislike.

It’s a very cosy double room. It truly feels like a bedroom at home. The prices are very cost-effective given the location. I would recommend it to everyone.

The room was incredibly small. The bathroom situation and accompanying rules are ridiculous. No air conditioning.

The hotel has really great location as it’s super easy to reach the city centre. Also, it’s not fat away from a metro stop, making any location within Lisbon reachable. The host of the hotel was also very friendly and proactively interacting with me. The noise isolation is not very good. Also, there was a humidity smell coming from the toilet.

Everything was good but sometimes very bad smell from the bathroom zone, I think they should fix it asap. The location is very good some very beautiful sights around.

Great location Small room. No frills.

The location is fantastic, right at the top of the hill. This does mean that getting up and down to the hotel can be tiring, especially with bags, but that’s part of the charm of the area. If you want to take a taxi, I believe you’d be able to get up without a problem (some streets in Graça are inaccessible by car). Once you do get down the hill, you’re right at a Metro stop. The neighborhood is full of countless surprises, from gorgeous intact tilework at every turn to small Asian markets and winding staircases. There is a beautiful view right nearby next to the convent. This area has of course been discovered by tourists, and there are lots of tourist trap restaurants and wine bars, but if you head north you’ll quickly get into neighborhoods full of ordinary people and families, which gives you a sense of real Lisbon. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was extremely quiet. My window was very small (which I knew would be the case from pictures), but still provided a lovely view. There were drinks and snacks available for purchase, which was really appreciated after the long haul up the hill with my bags. The bathroom was small but perfectly serviceable. At one point the door upstairs locked down because a guest made too many attempts to open it, but Jacqueline was very quick to respond on WhatsApp and open it remotely. I couldn’t find a plug near the bed, so I couldn’t charge my phone at night. The security door upstairs was also temperamental; theoretically you could use an electronic key fob to open it (like with the door downstairs and the room door), but mine didn’t work on that door so I just used the passcode. The bidet holder felt like it was barely clinging to the wall, which made me nervous, but despite all its wiggling it did stay in place.

The price was good. For being on the top floor the shower had good water pressure and drained well. The room was very clean. The location was difficult to access the rest of Lisbon. This location is on top of one of the seven hills, so great if you’re coming to Graca specifically, but if this is your first time to Lisbon, this is not where the “stuff” is at which you will want to see. The electronic door openings were a pain. My flight got in late and the codes didn’t work well. It was very frustrating to have to call for help in the middle of the night. As a single female, I frequently felt unsafe in this location. There was no fan in the room, and I kept forgetting to ask for one to be brought in. This made my time in the room each night uncomfortable. The room needs more pillow options.
