Very clean. Lots of freebies like port wine and bottles of water replenished daily. Beds comfortable. Tea time in the afternoon. Good breakfast. Very clean. Location is good. Very near signature shops, supermarket with fastfood and pharmacy. Their staff is a jewel. Well trained in customer service. I commend Sonia, Ana,Sabrina, Lanssa of front desk. They made us feel home away from home. Excellent service and always made sure what they can do for us to make our stay comfortable. Made us feel they were there for a helping hand. Daniel who always opens doors for us may it be the front door or the elevator door. Job well done for all the staff and for the training this hotel gave to their staff.

The stay was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the reception team made us feel truly welcome. We also loved the beautiful Art Deco interior, the complimentary Port wine replenished every day, and the open bar available throughout the day until late at night, all included in the price. There was honestly nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Everything was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the service is outstanding, and the attention to detail makes you feel truly welcome. We cannot think of anything that could be improved, it was simply a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

Very nice, clean quaint hotel. Very personalized service. Didn't like the keys being taken everyday. Also, they only had runny eggs and I only eat dry eggs. Otherwise, the breakfast was excellent.

Handy location but on a quiet side street. Breakfast was a delight. Do not sleep in and miss it. Clementino and Sonia were welcoming and cheerful. Old buildings don’t have the ventilation we expect nowadays. It wasn’t awful.
