Loved the upgrade for a little extra to courtyard view room with balcony. What we envisioned First room. Inner courtyard not at all what we wanted. 2nd floor is like completely different hotel lacking charm of lower floors

Close to everything Recepción in the second floor but one can perfectly live with it.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff, especially Vivia at reception, were extremely friendly, patient, helpful, and full of useful tips.

Great location and great prices. Rooms were cozy and extremely clean, bathroom was impressively big compared to other hotels I’d stayed in Lisbon before. Nothing, everything went smoothly and the staff at the hotel was very helpful and kind!

Everything was great about this hotel. The staff was very kind and accommodating with everything we asked for from them. The breakfast every morning was great. The bed could have been a little more comfortable, and the pillows a little more plump or fluffy. The shower needs to have some safety features, and a shelf for your bathing stuff.

No sound proofing on the doors so the noise was very loud from the corridor and dinning area

I stayed a few times and the check-in is always really friendly. When arriving early and the room is ready you can already check in which is great after a long journey.
