It was a warm period in Portugal so we enjoyed the air conditioning. Room and bed exceptionally comfortable. The terrace large but the addition of an outdoor table and chairs would have made it more useful Next time in Lisbon we will try to stay closer to restaurants and other sites. Hotel Lisboa was close to upscale shopping, not our thing

Very poor experience. The hotel didn't have wifi not any other Internet service. In fact, I repeatedly asked the staff why wasn't the Wi-Fi working and they told me they had an issue that was widespread across many rooms. In sum, I didn't have wifi throughout my 3 nights (4 days) stay. Likewise, the pressure of the shower was the worse I have ever seen. It's like having a shower using a dropper. The rest was just fine including a ver friendly staff but the value for money it's definitely behind expectations.

Noise from the street, trash bins filled by nearby restaurants after closing and windows' sound proofing was poor

They did not allow ANY early check in even though many rooms were ready. Many people were piled up in their lounge waiting for a room. At 3 pm they started checkin and we had to deal with a VERY long line. It took forever. It would have been so much smarter to check people in as rooms became available. This policy may have been convenient for the hotel employees but clearly it did not serve the needs and convenience of the customers at all. I would recommend you revisit this puzzling policy. You should know better
