The perfect hotel to stay at in Lisbon! The accommodations are wonderful, and the staff is extremely helpful and attentive. The restaurant also serves a great meal. Everithing was ok.

Good location, friendly staff. Mold in the bathroom. No latch/lock on the bathroom door. No electrical converters ("Go get them a couple of blocks down the street.") Noisy. TV remote wouldn't turn the tv on or off. Had to do it at the back of the TV. Tired looking. Minimal lighting.
