We loved the location of the property. Great for hopping on trams and walking all over the city. Loads of great restaurants and bakeries within a few steps. The staff were super helpful and friendly. They responded to questions and problems within 1 minute on their WhatsApp. We found the room a bit tired and lacking of furniture. Could have used a desk and chair in our living room. The bathroom tiles were broken and paint peeling. The floorboards are very noisy and we had to complain about the people upstairs as they were so loud both evenings.

The location is amazing. At the heart of Lisbon you are at walking distance of the main city attractions. Besides that, there is a subway station on the square, so even what is not on walkable distance is reachable through the public transportation. Some of the front desk staff didn't speak portuguese, which is, in my opinion, a serious issue as the Hotel is in Portugal. The Wifi also needs improvement.

Friendly staff in a wonderful location. Large well appointed room and new bathroom. The general property could use some freshening up and a good coat of paint.

Not a big fan of the breakfast, I mean it was tasty and fresh, but I want to be able to choose what I put on my plate.

The location was perfect! Easy to walk to tons of eateries. Surrounded by at least 6 bakeries. Right on the 28 and 24 tram stop. Nice square out front. Beautiful historic building. Spacious room. Super friendly and helpful staff! No dislikes
