Great location , clean and spacious apartment with everything we need and super friendly staff ❤️ Nothing at all , liked everything

The location was great because it was not exactly in the most touristy area. Sao Bento is a quiet, wonderful neighborhood that offered everything at your fingertips. Grocery, restaurants, shopping and a park across the street. Our particular apt had an outdoor patio and table for breakfast or a glass of wine.

Very comfortable and clean with friendly, professional staff. They were able to accommodate us at the last minute and we wished we could have stayed longer.

It would have been nice if there were a few coffee capsules for the coffee machine

The staff was excellent: Fernando - guard on duty when we arrived. Our arrival was delayed due to a flight cancellation. Fernando was so gracious and helpful letting us in the building and the apartment, and giving us a rundown of the amenities. He was a pleasure throughout our 7+ day stay. Helena & Margarida - communicated throughout our stay and they were so responsive to any question/concern I may have had. Apartment was clean, safe, and the location was excellent. There is certainly enough closet/drawer space. Neighborhood was safe, and a supermarket, restaurants, etc. were all within a short walk. I would have no hesitation in staying here again. Thank you to you all!! The floor in the shower area was super slippery when wet. A suction cup bath mat and/or a grab bar would be tremendously helpful. There were plenty of cloth bath mats but they really didn't solve the slippery problem. As we arrived later than we expected, we were not able to go to a market when we arrived. It would have been lovely if there had been a couple of coffee pods in the apartment for the first morning. Also, the garbage receptacles are small and there were no garbage bags. Again, just having a couple available initially would have been helpful. Finally, although there was plenty of drawer and closet space, we did run out of hangers. A luggage rack would have been helpful as well instead of leaving suitcases open on the floor.

The apartment was perfect and clean. The location is perfect to visit the city, with several amenities nearby.

Loved the location and that the property was clean, updated and well maintained. Given it is not cleaned daily I would have liked access to more bath towels (so I could change out dirty for clean towels) , trash bags and toilet rolls.

Spacious apartment with a nice, sunny outdoor space! Friendly staff, convenient and quiet location with groceries, cafes, and restaurants close by. Bedroom and bathroom doors in our unit didn’t close fully, but still very comfortable!

Staff was exceptional. Always prompt responses by David and Vladimir, and security at night was always there to help answer questions! Normally, you don't see Security onsite, so that was a big plus. The European washer/dryer combo. Hard to figure out how to make it work.

Friendly , helpful staff. People at the front desk during the day and night guard were welcoming, friendly, professional , and helpful. It was a great stay

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The property is well-maintained, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Good location - a decent walk into downtown but far away from the commotion of being in the centre. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was sufficiently big and clean.

The staff was so nice, responsive and helpful I was given an apartment fitted for people with disability on my first night, which didn’t match with the type of apartment I booked. The staff was able to change it for the 2nd and 3rd night

Very spacious apartment in a great location. The kitchen has everything you need for a day or a week's stay. The bedrooms are very nice. The Booking.com description said the apartment had a garage, but it didn't mention that this garage wasn't in the same building and that there was an extra cost of 35 euros per day. Furthermore, this garage only operates during limited hours. In short, it's much easier – and cheaper – to park in a nearby paid garage. The way it was described on Booking.com led me to believe that the garage was part of the building and that there would be no extra cost.

Spotless, attentive reception/hosts (upon arrival and request), all amenities you need for a stay, very safe neighbourhood, good shops and restaurants around. Keep in mind it is a 1km walk +/- from the nearest metro station so if you are carrying a big suitcase, it is a small inconvenience (but the only one).

The apartment was extremely clean and tidy. Amazing location. The staff was always ready to help. -
