I had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions. The highlight of my stay was the fantastic view from the property, which was truly memorable and made the experience even more special. As a solo traveller, I found the accommodation comfortable, convenient, and a great base for my trip. Overall, it offered excellent value for money, and I would happily stay here again.

Cancelled the morning of! No warning. Refund but no explanation, no help for alternative lodging. Shocking.

Great location. Excellent staff. Wonderful space and people. On one occasion, the shower water was cold. I’m not sure what it depends on — maybe because it was morning, or perhaps there is an issue with the system. Another time, the water was warm, but not hot. Also, some of the shower cabins do not have a shower holder or a shelf to place personal belongings.

Amazing! Bathrooms are clean, you have a lot of privacy in the rooms, people are super respectful and the maîtresses are nice. Only downside was that on the third floor i sometimes struggled with wifi

I like the fact it was very central to most attractions and easily navigable. Breakfast was very basic and could do with eggs and salad options.

We absolutely loved this hostel! We booked a private room so it felt very much like staying in a nice hotel, with comfort and privacy. The staff was super nice and welcoming, and everything was very well organized and clearly explained, which made our stay smooth and stress-free. We especially loved the garden and the spacious terrace, which offered a lovely Lisbon view. Overall, a wonderful place to stay - we would happily return and highly recommend it. One small thing that could be improved is the coffee experience at breakfast. There is a paid coffee machine and it was actually a bit amusing to watch people realize they needed coins to use it (something you don’t always bring to breakfast). There is free coffee available in a pot, but if you like coffee with milk - the milk is kept very cold (so the coffee cools down quickly).
