Localização e limpeza. A internet funciona bem. O quarto era extremamente pequeno, tendo que andar de lado para poder chegar ao banheiro. A janela não fechava por completo. A TV era super pequena. A mesa de trabalho estava desmontando. E o chuveiro tinha uma cortina ao invés de um box de vidro, diferente do que estava nas fotos. Além disso, ficamos no ultimo andar e tínhamos que pegar 2 elevadores para chegar ao apartamento.

The apartment is well located, with easy access to the metro station. The check-in staff are very friendly, and the room was ready upon arrival, allowing for an early check-in. It comfortably accommodates up to three people and offers great value for the price. The room was also cleaned and sanitized daily. Nothing

Close to metro station, clean room Location didn’t seem quite as safe as other areas of the city, but the building itself felt very secure and we didn’t have any issues! Room itself was a bit small but was everything we needed. Good for the price.

It was clean It’s not hotel wit 3 stars. Staff is aggressive. U left ur banking card and it’s not safety at all. I paid extra fees.

Great location, clean and comfortable

It was very noise right on a main street, and the room I had was across the street for the bus to pick up students. Buses lining up in the morning, it was very busy and noise. The rooms in the building were not insulated well. The next rooms people were talking and making all kinds of noise from 11:30pm to 1:30am and 7:30am until I left the room. I had to take sleeping pills to try to sleep. One of the window blind did not work. I reported to them. They knew it but can't fix it. The sun up it was so bright and hot. The bathroom did not have windows blind at all. The stand-up shower only had half glass doors, and the water was very easy to splash on the floor. The street right on the hotel and apartment had a lot of construction going on. Some stores were closed, and it did not look safe and petty. It was safe for me to walk at night. The air-conditioning was noise right above my bed too.

The shower has great pressure but the shower spot is open in one part and ends up wetting the entire bathroom floor. I would change this to make showering more comfortable.

No basic toiletries provided only shampoo. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Nice clean apartment, very close to metro. Good value for money. General area is quite noisy at night with busy road outside. Convenient location for getting around the city. Room was very clean and serviced every day. Would stay again.

Very good

Cosy room. Like the bathroom which was spacious and well lit with windows. The cleaning staff was very friendly and tried to answer our queries despite some language problem. Tram 28 stop is quite near with the Intendente metro station right in front of the apartment. We had to check in the Lisbon City hotel and go over the apartment about a few meters away. In between is the soup kitchen where you get long queue during meal times. Fortunately everything is good and the crowd didn't bother us at all.

The room was very clean and was cleaned every day. The location was great, near the tube station which had a great connection to the city landmarks. The room was a little small but that was not a problem.

It suited by its location to the tram and metro. The staff were excellent in recommending both places to visit and dine. I could not fault it
