Friendly staff. Clean, well organized guest house. Reasonable rates.

It was very quiet, clean, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were big. There were also a lot of bathrooms and a kitchen available for use. It was about a mile away from the main attractions and shops, so it was a bit of a walk. The WiFi also didn’t work well for us.

Expensive for the stay. Not really a hotel even though marked as one. Had to leave key when leaving room and always had to ring to be let back into place. Really just glorified hostel with other restaurant and bar business. Shared bathroom was on other side of floor through common room and dining room. Moldy shower also.

The place was cute, the rooms were clean and tidy, the property was nicely appointed and comfortable. Staff was wonderful.

Great value in Lisbon. Kindest and most welcoming staff I’ve encountered. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as the noise from cars and such goes on all night.
-
Close to downtown Dirty room, old bed mattress and squeaky metal bed frame. Common restroom and shower are dirty, locks are falling loose and falling.
-
Bit noisy in the evening being so close to the reception and patio. No mirrors in the room

Location and the staff Plombery

It was inexpensive. And the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The dark halls make it a bit scary.

The location was great. My room was comfortable and if you didn’t want to go far go eat, there’s a popular restaurant right next door serving delicious food.

The staff is very friendly. I was close to the city and the restaurant next door serves great food.

Noise

I’m usually a very deep sleeper, but unfortunately I couldn’t sleep at all because of the noise from the street and inside the accommodation. Every time someone entered the building, the phone rang.

The outdoor patio is really beautiful and relaxing. Our floor had a nice, communal kitchen. Laundry service is available (though the staff let use the washing machine and line dry some items). They offer luggage storage too, which we used the the first day since we arrived early. Lots of street noise (many of the rooms face the street and the windows seem older). You hear the rumbling of cars over the cobbled road. There's also a busy restaurant on the ground floor, which impacts the second floor. A bit far from a subway stop (though rightt on a bus line).

The palace was ok , location not that much. The toilet was sharing not recommended for couples.
-
The outdoor patio and property location. A little more space and additional seating in my room, slightly different setup than the 2nd room.

The shower heads were not stable and it was difficult to take a shower without making a mess.
