Everything was just perfect. This is our forth stay in My Story Figueira. Since we stayed the first time this is the hotel we choose in Lisbon every time. Location is great, near everything. It is both convenient if walking or using any public transportation: metro, bus, elétrico or comboio. The breakfast is great. For instance, fruits are diversified, and the breads are varied and well prepared. There are many custom-made options. The restaurant is a good option for lunch or dinner. The room is very comfortable (temperature and linens), and the shower is really good. But the best is the staff. They really make you feel welcome. You leave the hotel knowing everybody by name. And there are many of them. Nothing at all.

I absolutely loved my stay at My Story Hotel Figueira. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Every member of the staff was genuinely warm, welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with recommendations or anything I needed. They made me feel truly at home. The location is simply unbeatable. It’s in the heart of Lisbon, within walking distance of Rossio, Chiado, Praça do Comércio, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and public transport, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The room was modern, well-equipped, quiet despite the central location, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Every detail reflected quality and care. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon. Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. If anything, I only wish I had stayed longer.

The breakfast was delicious! Several options and very fresh ingredients - fresh fruit was flavorful. Location was great for walking for food, river front, watch party area for FIFA games, bus and Rossio station.

Super clean and luxurious! Weren’t able to accommodate an early check in.

Excellent staff, wonderful restaurant in a handy location. Nothing.

the location was very nice, the room was ok. you get what you pay for, only a hotel room with the occassional stain in the sheets or the phone not working at all. but the guest service is just not there, although they were not verbally rude, the non verbal signs scream the opposite. they look through you, not at you. i spoke to them in portuguese to be polite, but it was my mistake. they only like english speaking guests. they didn't even greet me when i walked in or greeted them first, they just ignored me in every occasion. i hate leaving this comment, because i do the same job they do, but i feel that maybe the way i looked was not "foreigner" enough for them. they even greeted and offered a drink to the person right behind me and didn't even look at me, while we were both checking in!

Amazing hotel!!! There was not one thing! Everything was perfect

Location There were no drawers or places to set anything. Very sparse furnishings.

Location Good food

There was an issue in the room hall because it has a bad smell. Luckily there wasn’t any smell in the bedroom.

I like the location. The room, bathroom are clean. I rated a low on clean, because bedding is very worn, the pillows are smelly. We got to the place before noon. Host let us in so that’s very nice of him. Everyone is friendly. There is no breakfast in this place, so I feel‘breakfast is included’ is very misleading. We were given a huge box of snacks . Coffee is just a bag of instant coffee. They do have kitchen but that’s not for guests to use. The property is hard to find. The owner has five rooms in it. So the name is not on the building as one would expect.

Very friendly and helpful staff, decent size room with beautiful decoration, with mini fridge, coffee maker and safe in the room. Very clean in the room and in the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices, and location in the heart of the historic centre. We liked pretty much everything, so no complaints from our part.

Great and easy location for a short stay in Lisbon. Right in the middle of it all. Nothing except they kept forgetting to refill my waters. ?

Excellent location! Walking distance to many places Breakfast was very expensive. Staff were not very helpful. When they say check in is 3:00 they mean it!

Rooms were a little on the small side.

Location was perfect. In the middle of many dining and sight seeing activities. Taxi, Uber, Tram/Trolley easily available in the square in the fron of the hotel. Air Conditioning did not work well. Everything else was great. Our friends said the AC in their room worked perfectly.
