The bed was very comfortable, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff were always friendly, polite, and helpful. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Wonderful stay! Everything was great from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and felt very welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

We stayed at Next Level Premium Hotel for one night. The hotel is in a great location, close to Avenida Novas. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, and our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, I liked the hotel, but I would not stay there again because I personally found their policies to be lacking in transparency. The day before our arrival, I emailed the hotel to ask if an early check-in between 11:45 am and 12:15 pm would be possible. They replied: “Our standard check-in time starts at 3:00 pm. However, if your room is ready upon your arrival between 11:45 am and 12:15 pm, we would be delighted to accommodate you with an earlier check-in at no extra charge.” When we arrived, the receptionist told us our room was ready but that we would have to pay an extra €25 to check in early. We were very surprised, especially after receiving the email stating there would be no additional charge if the room was ready. We decided not to pay and simply left our luggage, returning after 3:00 pm to check in free of charge. The next surprise came the following day. After checking out at noon, we were told it would cost an additional €20 to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours. At that point, we felt the hotel was trying to make extra money from guests through additional charges. I spoke with the manager and showed her the email regarding the early check-in. I explained that I felt the information we had received was misleading. She told me the hotel is transparent about its extra charges and that the policies are clearly stated on the website. Unfortunately, we were not aware of those policies before our stay. However, after reading the email, she apologised for the misunderstanding and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage free of charge. We appreciated her gesture and the way she handled the situation. Very spacious and clean room, lovely double bed with the amenities you need when travelling. The shower itself looks small but is comfortable when in it as well as good shower pressure. Staff were very friendly, approachable and nothing was too much for them. Quiet during the night too. Location is a little bit far out, ideal if you want to go for nice walks but beware that it’s at the top of a very steep hill!

Hotel and room was so clean as our room was cleaned everyday, hotel is very well presented and nicely decorated. Staff were very friendly and greeted us every time, breakfast was very well kept and had a lot of options to choose from. About a 15 minute walk into the city centre as easy to navigate! Nothing we had a great stay.
