María was super nice and friendly. Took the time to explain a little bit of the city and gave us some ideas on things to do. No complaints

From internet The friendly staff, great atmosphere, beautiful views, and excellent location made my stay very enjoyable. It was my first time staying in a hostel, and it exceeded my expectations.

The people were very friendly, they had a beautiful outdoor terrace and it was exactly as pictured/described. The room we stayed in was slightly uncomfortable because our door connected to the terrace so people could just come in. No where to lock away suitcases

It was all fine and a great spot for young travellers!

Easy check in til pretty late. I got the private room with a bathroom en suite and it was great. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was roomy and the shower was great. Being able to sit outside in the morning to eat breakfast was lovely - the view was spectacular. Hiking up a lot of hills and stairs with my luggage was hard and no taxi access. The breakfast was pretty mediocre considering I paid extra for it. The coffee was not very good and the eggs made to order were nice but the bread was just commercial sliced bread and there is so much amazing food in Lisbon, I wouldn't recommend eating there. It's a good place to sleep though!

Everything was ok

I liked the view. The staff were very helpful. Sadly, it was raining while I was there, so I was not able to enjoy the terrace. It was nice to have laundry facilities on site. I was glad I took a taxi to the hostel. I would assume that most of Lisbon is difficult to reach for the first time. The Neighbourhood was cool to walk around in, after I had been there for a little bit. But, to find it on my own, would’ve been a big nightmare.

The view from the terrace was extraordinary. Ending the evening with a glass of wine and great conversations with fellow travellers on the balcony was memorable. The staff was friendly as well

Totally amazing

24hr front desk, great location, the roms with private bathroom were great. Terrace was amazing and so was breakfast, enjoyed every bit of it. Staff was very friendly Shared bathrooms were lacking due to broken urinal and were not clean (women's restrooms were the same from what I heard), this was due to other messy guests rather than staff not cleaning it.

I would go there again.

They could not accommodate me to stay in the same bed for both nights so I was offered to go into a larger offer, the price remained the same. This was a common occurrence as many people staying in the hostel had to move beds several times over their stay. This meant they would have to check out and re-check in each day.

The location is pretty high in the city and I didn't like climbing too many stairs to reach the hostel but if you like hiking this is the best place for you ?

There is a nice balcony view but this place is on the top of the hill , only taxi can drop you off on the top but then you have to go down couple of steps with your luggage, in our case we had a big van to carry our two bike and the van is not allowed to go up the top of the hill, we were dropped off the bottom of the hill with all our luggages , furtunately the driver and the receptionist of the hostel went above and beyond ,they carry our luggage and bike up to the top of the hill and then took the staircase down to the hostel , I gave them extra tip for their kindness /help, they were our Camino angels the day . his place is on the top of the hill , only taxi can drop you off on the top but then you have to go down couple of steps with your luggage, in our case we had a big van to carry our two bike and the van is not allowed to go up the top of the hill, we were dropped off the bottom of the hill with all our luggages , furtunately the driver and the receptionist of the hostel went above and beyond ,they carry our luggage and bike up to the top of the hill and then took the staircase down to the hostel , I gave them extra tip for their kindness /help, they were our Camino angels the day .

The location and the friendly staff. The place was very clean too

There was one female staff in particular who was very warm, kind, and helpful! The rooftop patio was the reason to book this spot. It did feel like we were inconveniencing most staff by asking questions and trying to connect, but perhaps I was misreading the communications.

Great friendly staff. Fantastic location with a great patio and views. Bathroom stalls did not close all of the time. Sometimes hard to find room in dark hallway.
