The hostel owner was helpful and the area is relatively central, super close to Anjos metro station. Asked for a kettle and it was brought to our room. Décor as pictured. The rooms were dirty and didn't seem to be cleaned when we arrived. Dead fly near the pillow and a large stain on the sheets even after we switched rooms. During our 8 day stay, the room was cleaned once and the toilet paper was replenished once, as was the emptying of the rubbish. The bathroom has three large steps to get to it, so if you have mobility issues like my parents it's pretty challenging and dangerous if slipped on. The area is not the safest, police and ambulance are constantly passing through the sound isolation is nonexistent so you hear them all night long. Housekeeping had to ask for the key of the room to clean it which was definitely interesting? We had to pick up the key from the reception area when we had returned.

Hot showers. Food location. Close to restaurants, groceries and Metro station. Room was a bit drafty as windows didn't close completely. A kettle would have been nice near the microwave.

Location is perfect, just 1 min walk from the metro (which you can take right from the airport ) The staff of the hostel (and I got a pleasure to meet the owner, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming) has exceeded my expectation! They provided me with all the necessary information and facilities, recommended beautiful places to visit and supported throughout my stay. Mohammed is an amazing host! Thank you for my great time in Lisbon!

The hotel is very old and dirty and damp. We were given a different room to the one I booked on booking.com. When contacted with the authorities, he could not give any exact reason except expressing his regret. Me and my family are very disappointed about this hotel we did not feel comfortable at all. I feel that the hotel authorities are renting hotel rooms with false information and false pictures. Booking.com needs more oversight in this regard. I will never book a hotel through booking.com and discourage anyone else due to the unexpected experience with the hotel room.

The staff was amazing, they are all very kind and willing to help

Location and staff are great There needs to be at least a fan or better aircon in the room. A couple hooks in the room/shower to hand towel and a stand in the 2nd bathroom to set things on.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Staff are approachable and accommodating especially Karima and Athar Only the elevator door because it is heavy to push but secured and safe place.

I think there was no breakfast. No information was given about breakfast. The hotel is incompatible with Turkish culture, it is a hotel dominated by Arab culture. First of all, we did not experience any problems when we logged in. A non-Turkish Arab or Indian lady welcomed us. We asked if he spoke Turkish and we realized that he did not speak Turkish. The room walls and furniture in the room must be repaired and replaced. Its construction is like an abandoned room. I went with my family and there is no air conditioning in the room, and you have to open the window because of the heat, but this time you cannot sleep because of the flies. I went with my family and there is no air conditioning in the room, you have to open the window because of the heat but this time you cannot sleep because of the flies. Also, the room needs to be disinfected urgently. We had wounds on our legs and arms due to bedbugs. Although there are 3 wifi connections in the facility, none of the wifi connections in the areas work. We conveyed the issue to the responsible friend and he tested it. Although he confirmed that it was not working, he could not fix the problem and we were unable to use the internet during our 3-day stay. Even though we forwarded the issue to "BOOKING", they do not help. Arabs, Indians and Bangladeshis usually stay in the rooms, so it is not suitable for you to come with your family. I had to accompany my wife and nephew to the toilet. There was a stench, a sewer smell coming into the rooms. Even though the toilet was far from us, we could not understand how the smell reached us. We took photos regarding many of our complaints. We definitely do not recommend it. Turkish Style Hotel is a facility that we would not even pass by. He has no ties with the Turks. He is just trying to stand out by using the name 'Turk'. Döner shops there also use Turk name, but it is not Turk.

Location, staff was nice and friendly and accepted our late checkout. It’s a bit outdated inside. Also value for money is missing a bit.

Great family-run hostel. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean rooms and bathrooms, and most importantly the staff are very friendly. Karima, Sabita and Atar are lovely people who were very helpful and hospitable. N/A
