Breakfast was amazing .

The staff was really wonderful. I liked how it was tucked into a neighborhood. I loved the small local restaurants. It was a 15 minute walk (downhill) to all the many things you want to see on the waterfront. They offered many spa features- sauna, steam room and a gym We didn’t use them, but they looked well maintained. Also their wine selection was really good. The staff helped me pick a nice afternoon wine to be enjoyed on my balcony seating. It was a 15 minute walk uphill back to the hotel- just kidding, lol- It is Lisbon, hill walking is expected. The only negative, I am not a fan of glass wall showers located within sight of the bed. It was fine because I was traveling with my husband, but when I travel with friends, it is a deal breaker for a booking a room with this feature. Perhaps an exterior shower curtain for some privacy would be helpful.

I like the area this hotel is located in. It is very close to the river and Belem monastery. The hotel itself is clean and well-appointed. Staff is very nice and professional. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. It was quite simple, and the pancakes and waffles didn’t seem to be made to order—instead, they appeared to be frozen and taken straight out of the package.

This hotel had exceptional service. Every single person was kind and polite.The breakfast was a wonderful combination of delicious bread, pastries, fruits, and eggs. The restaurant food was extraordinary at very reasonable prices. This hotel should be the first choice of anyone traveling to Alison! Nothing- the hotel is classy, charming and unique It has an original style that is enviable.

Amazing hotel with super nice people. Design is top!

The staff and service were beyond our expectations. From the time we arrived, through to checkout, we were treated as preferred guests all the way through. Special mention to the restaurant staff - very attentive with great attitude.

The rooms are very small and the shower, with no walls (well one), was all glass and is in the middle of the room. The toilet also has a glass door, so basically no privacy, so we took turns going to the gym to use the facilities. We met others doing the same thing.

This is like a 5 star hotel in US. Well appointed. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Hotel is a walk away and close to Monastery and parks Nothing.

All aspects of service, from the reception to the dining room staff, were exceptional. Everyone went out of their way to be friendly and to meet every need or request. The attention to detail in design and decor was excellent. We chose this hotel because it was about a 20 minute walk from the Congress centre where I was attending an international conference. It was in a very quiet location, and yet very close to major attractions that my wife visited while I was at the conference. Cannot really think of anything - we had a wonderful experience!
