Room was by the street so unfortunately it was very nosy at night

Great location, clean facilities, interesting old character building, covered beds The overnight staff was rude at check in, set up a really bad vibe immediately. They booked me for a walking tour that didn’t even exist, I arrived and they said no English tours at this time. I was alone in an 8 bedroom dorm for the majority of my stay. Atmosphere was also just strange! Empty common areas, cliquey groups. I felt lonely there. it seemed they wanted to have a party atmosphere but I never saw anyone partying despite wanting to meet people.

Beds were comfortable, and the apartment is big. It was super clean. We had and issue with the toilet not flushing and it was resolved when we came back :) We stayed at the apartment and it is not inside the hostel, it is around the block with a separate entrance. We would have liked to understand that that is how it worked, especially since it was a bit shady at night. Location was not that great. Apartment was super dark and there is no AC o fan in the living room part, only bedrooms.

The staff was so friendly, room and bathrooms were not small unlike most hostels. Female rooms were in a private floor with room card access. Beds have curtains which is a big plus for privacy. You can leave your luggage before check in or after check out.

Location is amazing. Very nice personeel, I had a chat with a few of them. Comfortable bed and pillow. Tempretare during night in april was fine. Not too hot, not too cold. Shower was quite cleen. A lof of things this hostel offers to the visitors: bar, excursions, different types of gatherings. I liked the breakfeast. Not a big variety, but it worths the money paid. Deffinetly would return. Did not have any negative experience.

Good location We stayed in the 2 bd apartment #21 and none of us could sleep a wink. People walking around making noise all day all night. Fortunately it was only for one night before leaving Lisboa. But I would not recommend staying here for any length of time to enjoy the city.

Great staff, super friendly and helpful There was a strong artificial scent, especially in the bathrooms, but that is being nit-picky, it was a great stay and great value.

Well located and clean. Nice vibes, spacious and big spaces. I stayed in a single room and shared bathroom and it was comfortable and I rested well. Some staff, not all, were not that friendly. But the nice people made it up for everything :) If you hate stairs this is not a place for you, I didn't mind.

They charge to store the luggage, I think it loses a little the essence of a hostel. They could immediately let them know on the platform the fee

I didn’t really enjoy it — I think the hostel is poorly located, and the staff were probably the most disappointing part. They seemed cold and uninterested, with no communication about what was going on nearby or about the activities offered by the hostel. Overall, I really didn’t enjoy the experience, and I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this place.
