We have stayed here before and it is a special place to spend time in Lisbon. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. The cupboard space in the bedroom is only sufficient for one person. If you want to spend more than two days in the hotel, and you are two persons, most of your clothing will have to stay in a suitcase.

The location is phenomenal - lots of food and bar options nearby. Very nice and trendy area. The staff was perfect from check-in to check-out - very friendly, attentive, professional and dedicated. Everyone we met was so nice. The room we had was very comfortable and quiet. 10/10 - we’ll definitely stay there again if we comeback to Lisbon. I can’t think of anything.

The Palacio Ludovice is the most charming and unique hotel. We loved everything about our stay- wonderful location in the exciting Baro Alto, gorgeous tiles and amazing history, fabulous views, informative wine tastings- and truly lovely staff. The bartenders made us delightful drinks and conversation! The front desk staff and restaurant staff were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is fabulous!!! We wanted to stay forever!

Hotel and history of hotel was absolutely stunning - as were the rooms! I wish we could have chosen our room specifically based on view/window, which are such a huge draw for this hotel. While many on the site show large sweeping windows with amazing city views, we had a very small window to physically lean out and turn to see a view of the city.

Beautifully renovated but kept charm of old palace Loved it all, except having to walk up the steepest hill after touring to get back

It was wonderful overall, except by the end, after check out, we left the luggage storage to take it later, it was raining, we ask for some umbrellas, but front desk manager/responsible refuse, explaining that there was no enough umbrellas to borrow. As I said in the beginning, it was a sad end for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful historic building, maintained to a very high standard and very clean. Staff were professional and very helpful. Great location for exploring Lisbon. Enjoyed a good meal in the restaurant.
