Excellent location! Staff are nice and fun. Facilities are simple but very clean.

Bit noisy if windows are open!

Staff extremely friendly and helpful, room and bathrooms very comfortable, great location, amazing value! Highly recommend if traveling on a budget! It was a bit chilly in the room, and it didn’t help that the door to the building was left wide open all day. I stayed in mid-March, for context.

Be sure to bring ear plugs if you need them, it can get loud outside. Also bring toiletries.

Excellent location, clean, friendly staff ! Free luggage storage and close to metro - 10 to 15 min walk. Street below can be a bit noisy especially on weekends with bars nearby which we were aware of and was fine, cool enough we could close the windows to reduce noise. I believe you can ask for a fan if too hot in the room.

The location is great and the room price is fair. The room doesn't have air conditioning, and it was too warm, even for slepping. The shared bathroom was always available, but they were not that great.

Great location in Bairro Alto. Street noise is very loud until 3:00 am, but I was in a corner room so noisier. Very helpful staff and good basic comfort. Very clean and well run I liked everything, but you have to get used to the loud street noise. I slept through it.

Great location, airy and clean room. Extreme noise from street. However, I was aware and ok with the noise. Just didn’t realize the impact. The worst was the smoking smell outside

Spacious room with double bed and twin, couch and two corner balconies. Staff provided fan that was well needed. Prime location, young, vibrant and a bit noisy at night

Location was good for exploring the city. Easy access to transportation. A decent value. A bit dated and a bit loud in the evening.

This place was a surprise. The location in the old town is perfect. Some room have a french balcony, mine looked onto the street. Service help was available 24/7. I will return here next time I'm in Lisbon. Everything was perfect.

Clean Nothing

It exceeded my expectations! The room was huge with a comfortable bed, in the beautiful building in the center of Lisboa - with an amazing view on the whole city! The reception is 24 hours and prices are just incredible for the quality! I loved it there!

Good location for getting to see Lisbon Noisy as lively night life area

It was very clean. We saw people there to clean every morning. There’s plenty of bathrooms and we never ran into any issues with not being able to use it when we needed and they were very clean. The room was nice and spacious. Overall, a good experience and would recommend. It was a bit a noisy at night, but it is to be expected with the location being in the bar district. As a lighter sleeper, I was still able to fall asleep after the first night. Definitely would recommend sleeping with the windows closed.
