Great location

The hotel is under construction. I thought that meant maybe they’d have guests on one floor and construction on another. No. Housekeeping tried to enter our room at 8 AM while we were asleep. Construction began at 8:05, directly through our wall. We should not have been placed there. Amenities like ice machine were non-operating.

The property is under renovation and has a few shortcomings. The staff is Amazing. They assisted in all our needs. Ms. Natalie at the front desk is professional and cheerful. Thanks. She was easy to talk to and was genuinely helpful.

Staff was awesome

Downside and I must not have read it, but there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room which was a convenience we expect. Room was old and not really a suite. It was just a room and they added a couch. Our room had ants as well. Just not a fan of the Hilton properties. Won't stay again for the price.

The renovated room was nice and smelled clean, was close to elevator. Renovated room didnt have sleeping arrangements i purchased and after standing in line behind another customer with same complaint, I was given another room that was not Renovated. Far walk from elevators, smelled like cigarettes and mildew, and took arguing with cashier to get fixed. Then overcharged for mediocre breakfast and rude service Screw this hotel.

Nice place to stay. Remodeling going on and some noises. Found mold in my shower area. Reported to the main desk.

It could be unfair to review because they're renovating BUT so much seemed off. There were so many odd amenities that I have come to expect. No fridge. No fan in bathroom. When we got there no bag for ice. The AC seemed off/run warm. There is no plug on one side of the bed. The trashcans are only big enough to fit an LP record in. The TV cabinet opening up gets in the way. Just little this and that. The pool is nice. Maybe it'll get better after done modifying but for now beware 4th floor and above

Hotel interior and exterior not good. Elevator horrible.

The Disinfectant smell in the corridors area on the higher floors was not very helpful

Our shower door would not close making it difficult not to leak water outside of the shower.
