Magnificent building with a sense of history, perfectly situated near the station and in easy walking distance from the St George's Hall, the Pier Head and other places of interest. Each time we come, there is evidence of investment in renovation and upgrading of this architectural gem. Some of the other guests. Selfish noisy disruptive and rude to staff. I observed a man so drunk that it required all the diplomacy of the receptionist to manage him.

nice big room, no towel change bed made for3 days, blocked toilet reported still blocke d 3 days later, towel rail reported broken day 1 not fixed. no fresh towels or rubbish emptied from room

Reception were very nice, room was quiet and cosy. Hotel close to all the museum's and near city centre. Old fashioned building with lots of interesting history.

The grand ballroom Nothing

The room was big and clean. Right in the center of liverpool so easily accessible to the places I wanted to go to. Was on the 2 floor and the elevator didn't go to the second floor so I had to walk up and down stairs with my all stuff. I paid for a wifi room and the wifi wasn't working nor was the TV in the room.
