The pubs and bars and things London in the city centre. The hotel was all locked up and took ages for someone to answer. The room was awful and bed dirty. The bed was the cheapest most uncomfortable thing I had ever tried to sleep on. The shower was nothing more than a dribble of water ( no exaggeration) The old man that greeted us had spilled food all over his vest! Was bare footed and really didn't care. The tv didn't work very well and the tv remote was held together with sellotape. We were in Roon 3.

The check in process was simple and fast and checking out was just as easy. Both staff members that I met were brilliant and friendly

Location right next door to lime st station. Expensive, very basic, bit grubby, noisy.

Easy access, comfortable room and good location to get to the city. Someone on reception in the morning would've been nice as I thought we could leave our bags there until the afternoon but there was no one there.

Ideal location for all bars, clean comfortable bedroom and beds. The options to choose single beds was fab. Overall really enjoyed our stay. The only down side to our stay was the windows, as we were at the front and they were not double glazed so very noisy during the night.

It was a fantastic location, in the heart of the city. The room was decent with a nice bathroom. The host was helpful and friendly. I have had my own car so parking was a problem. Had to park in the nearby public garage. Luckily it wasn't too expensive.

The rooms were a good size and as we were travelling as a group of three, having the option of a triple room was really convenient. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The key-code lock on the door outside from the street also meant the location felt secure. There is a 24h multistorey car park almost opposite which has secure parking. It's also just a 15 minute drive from Anfield stadium if you're visiting for a gig or football match. The rooms are only upstairs and there's no lift. This wasn't an issue for us but just something to bear in mind if you have mobility issues. The beds were okay but mattresses were a little saggy in the middle, although we still managed a decent night's sleep. We also walked past the hotel the first time as we weren't expecting the entrance to just be a door in between some shops.
