Great location. Near main train station, shopping, restaurants, pubs, museums. It's over a busy pub and you can hear it up til 1-ish but I knew this and they tell you in advance.

The staff are absolutely fantastic, both friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, opposite Central Station, a few minutes walk from Lime Street Station and close to attractions such as both Cathedrals, Liverpool One and Mathew Street. Nothing to complain about tbh. Being really picky, perhaps a hand towel holder to the right of the sink.

Everything no issues with any aspects of the stay ,such friendly staff The stairs ,but you are told in advance,it's the only issue but the property build doesn't allow for a lift,not an issue,the positives outweighs the only negative

The staff were brilliant - shout out to the very lovely and very helpful Collette on reception. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Travelling as a solo woman, this hotel felt very safe and secure. Friday night noisy- but the hotel did make me aware before staying. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Decent size room, comfortable beds, plus bunk bed great for children. We enjoyed live music - listened through our open window. Very central location, everything walking distance - shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Room and bathroom were clean. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Perfect stay for a city break.

The location is excellent if you are visiting Liverpool for a short stay and want to be in the centre of the nightlife. The rooms were clean and well air conned. All of the staff were lovely, very welcoming and happy to help. Thank you! The rooms can be a bit noisy at night due to the nearby nightlife but it didn't bother our group much at all. Again, it's an ideal hotel if you are wanting to properly go out and explore Liverpool's nightlife.
