Everything was good. Spotless room and bathroom. Very pleasant kitchen/eating area. A kettle in the room would have been nice.

24hr reception. Location was good for shopping area. Facilities were basic. Towel holder was broken and laying under sink when we entered, bathroom light flickered like a strobe and the radiator started making a noise like the boiler was on and air was trapped in the system despite radiator not heating up as it was high summer. We were told they have no maintenance people to fix anything.

Nothin at all No tv in room, no tea,coffee facilities in room. No glass in bathroom to brush teeth. Paid for breakfast, there was no full english, absolutley discusting for the miney what we paid

The room was very dreary and dull it was not nicely decorated at all, the bed was uncomfortable and creaky which didnt feel safe, there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room and no tv which I fully expect for the price paid. The breakfast was very poor granola and a stale toastie I was not happy to of paid the price for the room we got.

I had stayed in this property multiple times. I like the location and the fact that it is in the center of the city, easily commutable to my work place which is in the center of Liverpool. The reception is spacious with sofas around to sit and relax as well as tables and chairs provided so anyone ordering delivery food can sit and have in there. I had always found the staff welcoming and helpful. This time I’m lucky enough to have the 4 bedded room to myself.

Great location Falling apart, rooms extremely hot with no air con,staff act brain dead and mould in the showers with terrible water flow in taps and shower
