Just a small comment that if you're looking to book for a big group of guests, 1 bathroom might not be ideal, but it worked for my friends and I.

Close to city centre The bigger apartment didn’t really have enough kitchen space but luckily we had 2 apartments so used the 2nd apartment for group activities ie eating drinking

Ask for £300 security deposit, when you leave they come in and take out faulty floor boards and expect you to pay for them with the security deposit.

The location is good Parts of it could be updated, like the bathroom and flooring and I understand the deposit to ensure no damages but maybe consider a different way of paying this as I thought I was being scammed

Perfect for a hen do - we had 21 people across 2 flats and were able to use the largest flat for everyone to gather for drinks and breakfast. Cutlery and plates are all included and they have a decorator on hand to set the place up for you. I was planning from outside the UK so it made it really easy to arrive and set up a few hours before the group arrived for the weekend. As an old building the walls are super thick so if anyone stays up longer in the living room, they don’t keep everyone else up with them. A bit dated but to be expected in an older building and as a group accommodation venue - made up for it with comfy beds, clean linen, good space and everything you need
