I liked the location and the staff were friendly. It was quiet in the building. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was hit and miss, I had to use my own data a few times. The TV channels would freeze every now and then too. I didn't notice an exhaust fan in the bathroom, unless it was just really quiet.

the friendliness of the staff when we arrived. The staff when we left were not as friendly. The attitude of the receptionist when we left disgust me towards another guest.

Staff were lovely room was clean No windows in room and was very warm and stuffy with only a small fan in room which didn’t help at all

Everything about this place was absolutely fabulous from check in to a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment that was spotless the staff were amazing the beds were so comfy Will definitely be back to the Cocoon. You could live in it.... Was amazing from start to finish Thank you sooooo much to all the staff from reception to housekeeping etc yous couldn't have done anymore for us.... Thank you so much ❤️ We loved everything

The man on duty for the nightshift is a rock of sense. He was very kind and considerate to me in a difficult situation, very supportive, and helpful. Will always remember him being the right person in the right place at the right time for me. Very clean room comfortable bed, very clean bathroom. Well, my room-mate snored like a volcano,so i couldn't sleep....but that's not your fault!
