Staff super friendly. Location was good… just ten minute walk from the centre. The pub downstairs was lovely and food in there was good. Bed was comfy and also the pillows! Room was compact but had everything necessary. Bathroom , though modern, was very claustrophobic. A wet room which meant after a shower literally everything was soaked. The shower screen was way too tiny to prevent water going everywhere. The room was very compact… really better for one person rather than two.

Location convenient to where the event we were attending was held Rooms were small but owners tried to make most of what space was available

The room was spotless and thankfully there was a fan in the current heatwave. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food in bar downstairs was good. Easy check in. Had hairdryer and iron is available. Good location for buses to airport and Liverpool One/Albert Dock Room is small. Bathroom is small. No shelves for toiletries or for bedside drink/book.Not suitable for people with restricted mobility as lots of stairs. Didn't clean our bins or change towels during 3 nights of 30° temperature. Bed was small and pillows very, very soft. Tight it was over priced for the facilities, paticularly with no breakfast included. Cost us £54 for two for breakfast nearby.

Really lovely staff, good food, comfy and clean bedroom. Perfect for a night or two.

The location was great for Hope Street and the Philharmonic. We had 2 rooms, one was bigger than the other but both were a decent size for one night. The room on the corner was easier to regulate the temperature in the summer heatwave. Showers worked perfectly. The smaller bedroom was quite stuffy and the fan would only blow upwards so not much use. Some noise from the street, but to be expected in a city, so earplugs are advised!

Great location: everything was within walking distance of the city centre.

Very friendly and lovely staff. Nice quiet location. Nice pub. Really happy with my room. Will definitely stay there again. There was nothing to complain about. People have complained that the bathroom floor got soaked because it is a wet room. However, there are floor towels provided and if you don't want to get the floor wet, simply lay the towel down outside the entrance to the shower and aim the smaller of the two shower heads into the corner, like I did each day. No problem at all. See photos. It's not rocket science, just needs a bit of common sense.
