Location was central but not too central, lovely area - hot tub bath was nice, room was lovely, bed was comfy, loved that it was completely self service and only saw a two people very briefly during my entire stay

It was a nice, clean hotel in a good location. It felt a little too automated and the beds/pillows were very firm, which made sleeping a little uncomfortable.

Clearly recently renovated, clean and lots of utilities Self check in machine didn’t give us our key cards, this lead to issues with our keys being unusable and took some attempts to sort out with staff. Small detail but hairdryer was a pain and winter quilt not appropriate.

Comfortable bed, quiet room. Excellent breakfast. Perfect location for Philharmonic Hall. Very useful to be able to leave our bags at the hotel for the morning. The enormous mirror taking up one whole wall of the bedroom was rather disconcerting!

Lovely clean and modern, helpful staff, nice continental breakfast. Didn’t use the bar. Shower brilliant Still waiting for £50 security deposit to be returned 10 days after checking out and no response to email.
