The staff were very friendly and very helpful We changed rooms as it overlooked the train station and you could hear every announcement.

The room location was as asked for, but the door lock was faulty and was difficult to open, this was explained to reception and they gave me a work around. Then I found that the bedside lights were faulty, again this was explained to reception and they send a maintenance person to check, but they couldn't be repaired. This resulted in the staff moving me to another room which was acceptable and good for the whole stay. door lock was faulty & bedside lights were faulty

Location was great 2 min walk from the train station. Room was a good size The room was extremely hot and we stayed in 517 and there was a constant humming sound. Lights by the bed didn't work from the second night onwards

Everything was to our liking, location, comfort, cleanliness, great breakfast selection, relaxing bar and polite and helpful staff, well worth the money! No complaints!

Reception staff were friendly and helpful all through our stay. The cleaning staff were friendly and the room was clean and tidy. Also the staff in the restaurant and bar were friendly. Due to my wife being a coeliac, we would have liked a bit more variety on the restaurant menu, although the chef and waiting staff helped to try and give my wife something she was able to eat.
