Hotel was in a really bad condition, I went back to front desk 3 times before they gave me right key to my room. Room was horrible, air condition was broken so they put another one in our room with big pipes outside and it was so loud, there’s no way you can fall asleep with it. Door lock was missing with big portion of wall. Furniture was so dirty so it was even nasty to stay close to them, dirty floor, bad smell inside our room. Outside of our room smell of marijuana was so strong I guess everybody smoke in there rooms. Pictures which they have on Expidia it’s not that you will have. They sad we can leave because we can’t stay with all these bad conditions and they approve cancel with Expidia, so we can have our money back and they lied. Worst hotel I ever seen in my life.

Great staff

No airport shuttle when they promised one, twice over the phone. No room available for our family of 4, even with a prepaid reservation. Eventually they "found" a room for us, but the keys wouldn't work so they gave us a fob on a lanyard, presumably a master key for all the rooms. (!) This seems extremely unprofessional and unsafe. The room we were given was clean, but none of the additional door locks would lock due to a bent door frame and missing strike plate, even the security latch wouldn't close. We pushed a large chair against the door before sleeping. Also, there was a portable A/C unit sitting in the room with ducting taped through the open window. Obviously this room was needing work. The staff was grumpy and unprofessional. The front desk person at night and in the morning treated us as if it was a huge inconvenience to even speak to them. We won't stay here again.

The hotel was nice, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the only thing I didn't like was they took 100 dollars for incidentals and only gave back 71 after telling me that I would receive the whole 100 dollars back.. I think for a regular hotel, 100 dollar incidental is a bit much when I can go and stay at a Hampton Inn only pay 40 dollars for incidentals...

Horrible condition. Tried 4 rooms amd all had issues so decided to just leave

After arriving at 2am we were told are reservation was canceled do to credit card not accepted the charges. we tried 3 different credit cards and they were turned down also. /staff decided it was a problem with hotel computer. She finally got one accepted. Hotel advertised a shuttle service to and from airport, did not have a shuttle available Tuesday night, but had one available Wednesday. So it cost us and extra $35 for a taxi. There is a problem with communication between Management and staff. The young lady at check out desk did the best she could under the circumstances. She finally got us a room with one bed instead of two.

We had to change rooms 3 times first room the door wouldn’t lock and the 2 room had no hot water and then it was so late we just took the next room and gave up. I will never be back again and I feel ripped off

Safe and clean

Absolutely disgusting. Guest threw up at the entrance and staff never cleaned it up. Then someone’s animal pooped at the entrance. We notified staff and they just set there. Rooms and hotel was under renovation and was never told this prior to booking. Hallways reeked of pot smell. Reserved a handicapped room for my father in law and was given a non-handicapped room. Asked about handicapped room and was told by the staff they have 1 room handicapped and it was occupied. Totally unacceptable. Never again! I will also never stay at any Wyndham hotels EVER!

The door lock system functioned, but was missing the lock plate on the door jam Looks like they’re needing a renovation of the facility

Our stay, there was great, we traveled all the way to Florida to stay there for four nights to visit families. We decided to leave a night early because our son got sick. We talked to the staff the night before and they said they would refund us the night we didn’t stay. I talked to Expedia and they tried multiple times getting a hotel so we could get a refund and they heard nothing. Our room was fantastic but not happy that we’re not getting a refund our night. We didn’t stay there.

Always welcoming and very direct about everything the staff. I will be coming back. The tall skinny girl breakfast hours , she made a plate of food for herself and just sat down there was no sausages out for people to have she is kinda rude as in always bumping into people and never say excuse me.

Do not stay at the Randolph House Hotel.

We were there for 6 days Suppose to come every three days

The hotel was basic and clean. The beds and furniture were new, which was great. The bathroom was very outdated and small. When I turned on the water to the tub faucet, rust came out. The shower faucet was fine, though. You could tell that the hotel was "updated" but not thoroughly, and still has a bit of a way to go. It was nice that a continental breakfast was included, but there were limited options and no indication of food for people with allergies, such as gluten-free pastries, etc. Coffee was weak. Our TV didn't work, and our window was missing half of the blackout curtain.

Good staff, good room, good location in a good city. Can’t complain at all about it. Was clean and cool temperature for me when I arrived

Okay location. Close to where we needed to be Clean. Nice building Ac was portable unit... bathroom super tiny. Weird vibe to room ..looked like a small camera on interior of room by door.. if it hadn't been so late and we were so tired we probably would have left
