We got a suite. The room is big and roomy. A big credit to the old lady at the cafeteria for breakfast that helps to clean and always asking if we need help.

Room was very clean. Check in desk not very welcoming. Wouldn't hurt to smile a bit. Gardens need attention outside. Mary in the dining room is your greatest asset. But at her age, how much longer will she be willing to work? Then you've got nobody there. She is always friendly and helpful on the floor, and quick to clean tables. Even brought something to my table that I had forgotten. She is so well appreciated I saw guests taking their photo with her. All other dining personnel leave much to be desired. Never a good morning or smile, Didn't even show any recognition I was there. One morning I had to eat outside in the cold breeze due to no tables available. BRING BACK the tables removed from the adjacent room. Some tables were empty, but had dirty dishes and spills. No one in sight to clean them. I waited. No one showed. Short of staff that they need to stay in the kitchen instead of being on the floor? One staff I asked a question, but got no verbal response. Just a hand motion. Not everyone speaks English enough to converse?? One staff came out and took hot food back into the kitchen to eat. The Menu has changed from before, and not to make things better. Hotel disregards our health feeding unhealthy high fat hot foods. Look for example at those Jimmy Dean wrapped sandwiches. Unbelievable fat content. Bananas put out were half rotten. Utensil cups not kept filled, nor napkins. Eating breakfast there was not a pleasant experience.

We liked having a large room with two bedrooms and a kitchen The shower would not activate in one of the bathrooms, only the bathtub spigot worked

Hotel staff were amazing! The breakfast spread was better than expected. The rooms and furniture need updating.

It was a good/great experience. Not a 5 star hotel so wasn't expecting that treatment but I was very happy with my stay and the room I was provided for the price point was awesome. I wish there was more on site food/bev like a restaurant nearby but that's really the only downside.

The Staybridge in Liverpool has very large rooms, AC worked great and was very clean. We were there for a concert across the lake and the staff was very helpful with our questions. The breakfast was great (eggs, meat, waffle maker, yogurt, juices, coffee, bagels and more)

Nothing. It was the worst place I have ever been to. Everything. Dirty, outdated and expensive.

Convenient rate off I 90 It was very rundown and not the level of comfort or class that we are used to for a Staybridge.

Front Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Booked a room for 4 guys - the suite had 2 beds and a pull-out, but no cots or roll-out beds were available. "We don't even have any in the building" I was told. Very confusing to me that a hotel doesn't have extra mobile beds in storage. There are no ice machines on the floors or ground level - no ice maker in the room because they switched fridge brands. The staff were willing to give us a scoop or two of ice for our cooler upon request, but it seems like this shouldn't have to be the case.
